The Hidden Secret of the Yakuza

"You are ready to be discharged today. Be sure to take it easy and get plenty of rest," a male doctor advised a young man who had almost been hanged a few days earlier. 


His injuries included bruising on his neck, mild concussion and broken ribs from CPR he received, all of which he was treated for. 


"Thank you, doctor," a brown-haired woman replied when the patient didn't respond. 


Natsuo's expression was blank and emotionless. He sat on the edge of the bed, his feet dangling off the side. The woman had given him a set of clothes - a white shirt and blue jeans that had just the right fit for him. 


"We will stop by the station if that is fine with you. Takuya should be there to handle things with investigators and your lawyers," Saika said after the doctor left, her light-brown eyes showing concern as she studied her biological son's face.
