It all began when a new pharmaceutical company discovered a key to extending lifespan with a youthful elixir. 

However, the price of this elixir was so high that Alex, a former military man with no family or savings, could not afford it. His life became even more miserable as he was treated like trash by those around him.

His miserable existence continued until one fateful night when he met his demise due to unforeseen circumstances. 

When he awakened, he found himself in another world, inhabiting the body of a young man named Li Wei. Just when he thought the surprises were over, a notification appeared:

Alex couldn't help but let out a soft laugh when he heard this.

The sight of a man who appeared to be in his late forties, possibly even in his early fifties, addressing a young man in his twenties as 'grandpa' was quite amusing.

He found it not just funny, but uproariously hilarious.

The young man who was referred to as 'Grandpa Li' was the leader of a small group of three people.

Upon hearing the older man's respectful address, a proud smile spread across his face.

He took out two Qi stones, tossing them casually onto the floor.

There was an unmistakable look of pride and joy on his face as he watched the older man scramble to pick up the Qi stones he had casually discarded.

Alex, seeing this display, let out another laugh. He turned his attention back to his meal, but he kept his ears open to their conversation.
