After all, this is the Pure Land of Buddhism in the Western Continent, mostly made up of lower-tiered followers. Here, unless you are highly respected or have some special insights into the scriptures, why would anyone listen to you?
The cultivators imprisoned within this Buddhist Pagoda haven't seen the light of day for decades and were somewhat puzzled by the outside world's situation, but they understood the nature of Buddha Country very clearly: it's a place that only accommodates its own. Heretical elements are either converted or, like them, sent into the Buddhist Pagoda to be gradually enlightened.
