Third person POV
Roseline looks up at Vincenzo with those innocent eyes that no one could ignore. There was a vulnerability in her gaze that touched a chord deep within him. Vincenzo prided himself on his power and strength, believing he could conquer any obstacle, but little did he know that his little wife held a power over him that left him feeling utterly helpless.
She was still not in her senses. She couldn't quite grasp the words she was saying, but she knew she felt a burning emptiness within her, a void that only the man standing in front of her could fill. She was feeling a fire within her that only he could extinguish.
Vincenzo had fought to maintain control, to resist the pull she had on him. But when he looked into her innocent, honey-brown eyes, all his defenses crumbled.
