Roseline's POV
With only one month left until our babies would enter this world, Vincenzo and I were bursting with anticipation. Every day brought us closer to the moment we had been eagerly awaiting.
Since the traumatic incident, I had become quite the homebody, rarely venturing outside except for my regular checkups. I clung to Vincenzo's side, feeling safest in his presence, and he never left my side for a moment.
Most of my days were spent in a gentle cycle of sleep and study. The fatigue that accompanied this stage of pregnancy often left me too tired to focus on our startup project, much less anything else. I marveled at how some pregnant women managed to stay perpetually excited and energetic, while I struggled to find the motivation to even comb my hair.
