he stole her second kiss

Chloe was slouching on the chair , bored of watching levi do all the work. he was busy with what he was doing and wasn't paying attention to her at all. she heaved a sigh of boredom and decided to go to the living room and watch a movie , she just wore a stupid apron for no reason. tiptoeing to walk out of the kitchen without his permission , she smiled seeing she was close to victory .

just one more step and she would have the freedom to run. " where do you think you're going " he suddenly uttered and she stiffened then her lips formed a deep frown.

"just ..... i-i... just "

"sit down" he ordered and she sighed because of her failure " yes sir " she sat down and regained her before position . how did he even know he wasn't even facing her. she lazily rested her head on the table and kept watching him do whatever he was doing.

"since you are so bored why don't you help me " he said and she shook her head .

" i never said I was bored " she rudely replied . even if she was bored to death she didn't want to work. she didn't want to do anything but she also didn't want to do nothing.

she heaved a sigh for her own stupidity.

"help me slice these onions " his gruff voice sounded out and he was still not facing her .

"i said I'm not bored " she hissed at him then he faced her with his neutral expression and she lowered her eyes . if she wanted food she had to respect him atleast for now.

"whatever" she sighed and grabbed the onions from his hand harshly. she stared at the onions in her hand and her eyes flew wide . she glared at him "Everything?!" she whined not wanting to be obedient.

"stop overreacting , it's only two " he replied shaking his head .

"it's going to be stressful " she whined again.

"I'm the one doing the real work " he asserted and she rolled her eyes .

" fine I'll do it , what do i do first " she asked picking a knife to cut it .

"do you want stab me with it " he uttered as he stared at her holding a knife like she wanted to murder someone. she stared at how she was holding the knife ' am i holding it wrong ' she wondered . "that is not how to hold a knife chloe unless you are trying to kill someone" he stated folding his arms which looked funny to chloe cause he was still wearing his apron . he looked like a hot chef nagging his employee to do a better job. she nodded and changed the position of the knife. "that's even worse " he nagged causing her to groan in fustration. she didn't want to do this , he forced her but here she was getting nagged at because she was holding a knife in a wrong way . does it really matter.

" well what do you want me to do , this is my first time " she was already tired of levi's very annoying attitude.

"let me show you " he sighed and walked towards her and he took her which was holding a knife. he put the onion on the chopping board with his other hand . he led her hand carefully towards the onion and started slicing it slowly. "you hold a knife like this chloe and you slice onions like this , not too big .. not too small just perfect" he lectured as he kept slicing it . he had been alone for a year now since he ran away from home and he learned to do things himself without asking for his men . at that time he just wanted to be free from everything . his mom was murdered by his father , Hannah betrayed him and fooled him . he couldn't stay with his father because of the hatred he felt towards him . he wasn't okay physically or emotionally , hina was the only person he relied on but not fully cause she was also dealing with her problems.

he was busy slicing the onions and didn't notice how red chloe's face was , she wasn't even focusing on what he was doing . all she could think of was how close his lips were to her ear , she could feel his breath fanning her neck 'oh God' . it was almost like he was hugging her from behind . he was holding her hand gently . he was making her loose her reason , she wasn't thinking straight.

" are you listening to me chloe " he brought her back to earth . she turned to face him but ended up kissing him because of how close his face was to hers . chloe stiffened for a moment 'they just kissed AGAIN ! ' the kiss almost didn't seem like a kiss because they're lips just jammed.

she quickly pulled back. "s-sorry t-t-that was a mistake " she stammered.

"was it?" he asked playing dumb , he too knew it was a mistake he just felt like teasing her . her face flushed red and he plastered a victorious smile on his face . she's so innocent for her age and he was going to corrupt her little by little.

"yes , yes , i swear it was " she couldn't stop stammering he was making her nervous . he moved closer and she was now facing him resting her back beside the counter with Levi infront of her . she swallowed as he moved closer.

"was it ?, or you just wanted to kiss me " he smirked and her eyes suddenly moved to his lips.

" i swear , why would I want to kiss you " she uttered and he nodded then moved back.

" right ! you don't know how to " he figured mocking her indirectly.

"you don't have to mock me because I don't know how to kiss " she stated.

" I'm not mocking you , you don't just know how to do anything" he asserted.

" there you go again insulting me " she didn't shout and her voice was soft anyone could easily tell that she was saddened by his words and he sighed and moved back completely.

"i wasn't insulting you " he uttered , seeing her sad side made him feel guilty for no reason

"I'll cut the onions " she seemed determined to show him how un-useless she was even if she was still bothered that she had kissed the guy two times , but she didn't regret it and that annoyed her more .

"okay then i'm watching " he smirked staring at her as she held the knife properly this time and started slicing. levi took a look at what she was doing and shook his head staring at the nonsense she was cutting , was she even listening to him when he was teaching her . he stared at her face and saw her eyes closed . 'stupid girl who uses a knife with their eyes closed '

"ouch!" her loud cry disturbed his thoughts as she sucked on her bleeding thumb.

"you are so dumb "
