Ash and Drax were distracting their mind by getting the ship to the other side of the island. It would be better to do it at night, and then in the morning, they can start digging. Raeya, Flora, and Gwen were not at the deck. When the ship was halfway around the island, Raeya had come up and took Murk and another half-breed by the name of Ron inside. When they had returned, they were both looking rather pleased. Ash especially wanted to punch Murk to wipe the grin on his face. He hadn't even figured out the plan on how he would get them in, under Mistress Jade's nose. She was not a fool, and no false story was going to work on her. He could try to pay her off but there was no way he would match what Knox was already paying her.
"I know What you are thinking," Drax said coming beside him, Ash had been staring out into space, his trouble clear on his face.
"What?" he asked coming out of his thoughts.
"About what they are planning, Flora and all, I have been traveling with Raeya for a while, and she has sometimes used her other resources to get things done, I never liked it before and even less now," he said.
"So how did Flora convince you?"
"According to her, she doesn't need to convince me, It's not a big deal, men make it a big deal," he said in a bad attempt to copy Flora's sweet voice with his own throaty rumble.
"We need to get the flower or whatever as soon as possible and get out of here" Drax added.
Ash thought about Raeya and Drax's own mission then and that the thing they were looking for, if it existed would be on this island too, Drax was wondering the same thing.
"I know, what are the chances of two such things on the same island, maybe it was all just an exaggerated version of the same flower we are looking or, or it anyway sounded too good to be true, even the curing any sickness story seems a bit too much, forget about immortality, still maybe this will be a good thing, maybe after this our races would finally stop running after such legends and immortality and accept the reality, and instead start fighting the dark lords with what we have got," said Drax.
"Why can't they let go of immortality? it was centuries ago that immortality was a thing" asked Ash.
"The higher races, even though they aren't immortal anymore, still live very long, some of them are even old enough to remember the touch of divinity, and they can't seem to forget about it, must be an amazing thing" Drax explained and wondered.
"You know someone like that?" asked Ash.
"Unfortunately I do," he said sadly.
"Why, Unfortunately?"
"Oh you know, old people, they think differently than us, they have old values and well for example they absolutely detest humans," he said, his face crunched in annoyance.
"They aren't letting the rest of us get on with our lives," said Drax.
"Why can't you just do what you want?"
"It's not simple, they have followers, our own friends, and family who have been brainwashed and we can't blame them, they have been raised up on a false dream," he said with a look of deep concern "and its people like me and Raeya that manage to get things done peacefully, What do you think? the mission would have gone like this if one of those lunatics had decided to show up," he said.
Just then Raeya came up again and asked Ash to follow her.
"I have done what I can; they need a lot of practice, they still show hesitation to even touch an unfamiliar man, they say if they are too good at it might blow their cover, just an excuse to try to make me ease up on them but they are supposed to get information out of a man who is not likely to reveal it if it is anything important" she walked in front of him as her hips swayed from side to side. She was clearly enjoying it.
"Why did you take Murk and Ron earlier?" he asked not wanting to hear the answer.
"They needed practice, and it wouldn't be really useful if I had brought Drax or someone they are familiar with" Ash had a troubled expression again "Don't worry I just had them try to seduce them, It was both their first time doing that but by the end of it they did get a little better" they reached Raeya's room and entered.
Ash didn't know where to look or where no to. They were wearing the same kinds of dresses Raeya usually wears but there's had almost half the amount of clothing, covering the bare minimum. Gwen was lean and muscular as Ash had expected, he discovered he had a leg fetish when he saw her nicely formed thighs, the white flower-designed strips she was wearing were parting with the air giving him glimpses of even more of her body. She was red in the face and trying her best to stand in a seductive way. Then he turned to Flora and almost covered his eyes. Her big breasts were almost bare, only a thin sheet of fabric went over her nipples but even that was transparent and painfully thin.
"I advised her to use her best assets; as long as she'll stick those out, no one would think of anything else, and look Flora another example" Ash straightened up realizing they were talking about him; he tried to look at Flora's face, she was blushing and staring down at him. He realized what she was looking at and covered himself.
"You can have a go at them if you like they need to get used to a little bit of touch after all" Raeya said smiling. Ash said he was fine.
"Ha? How are you planning to infiltrate?" he asked his voice cracking.
"Well, I usually went with the typical, needing money for the sick family story and just show a little bit of skin and I was in," Raeya said tapping her chin "but that won't work here, the only other women they bought work in the kitchen and they don't look different than the men".
"I guessed as much, I guess we'll have to bribe someone," said Ash.
"Why don't we just bribe that mistress?" Flora asked, as she talked her dress swayed dangerously and Ash again felt his mind-melting.
"We don't have enough money, and she is not an easy target, we are better off bribing someone who works there," said Ash.
"Oh, do you know some of those women?" Raeya asked her voice full of meaning.
