PART 138

" Antonia doesn't know? Didn't she take training from master?" Charlie asked.

" Master had a major heart operation when Antonia decided to take the training and join UNDOCILE. Angel personally trained Antonia as master ordered her to do so. After that Angel decided to give proper rest to master and she take the job of training the members. You have seen her giving training to the members probably."

" Yeah. She is excellent in it."

" Of course she is. She has a double training after all. Even Alessandra or me are not as good as her. After master I have seen her this much sharp in this field."

  " Where is the master? Is he well now?"

" He is in rest. Angel doesn't let him do any of those hard work anymore and he listens to her like a baby listens to its mother. I have never seen him being this soft and obeying anyone's order. He used to be a dominant wolf. Now he is a whipped pet wolf of angel." He said chuckling. Charlie chuckled too.

" You know master doesn't like to be a burden. That's why he doesn't stay here with us even after angel has requested so many times. He doesn't have any family so she wanted to take care of him properly. But he is stubborn saying that he can stay on his own. Then what my more stubborn daughter did you wanna know?"

" What?" Charlie questioned being curious.

" She has set all the trainee exams on that camp so that she can go there in the name of tests and master can't complain about it. She stays sometimes for a few days there when I'm not here. But she is quite busy these days so she couldn't visit him I know. She will do it soon though. In her birthday, she will definitely go there to keep her promise."

" 25th June right? I'll accompany her then. My sweet little all rounder princess will have me by herself from this year till the year I die." 

Mr. Mariano smiled at his mentions and determination.

" She doesn't allow anyone though but you can be the exception, can't you?" Mr. Mariano said laughing.

" Don't worry Sir. I'll be the reason of her many exceptions from now on." Charlie said looking proud.

" Go and win your girl then!" Mr. Mariano said laughing. Both of them were laughing.

After that they again became quite. Charlie could feel the sadness of Mr. Mariano. He looked at him and found him staring at Aurora with guilty and many more emotions. He sighed.

" You should take some rest Sir. You had a long day." He said like a whisper.

" I'm fine Charlie. After this long time, I'm feeling like the worst father ever. I haven't done anything to protect my daughter. What a shame!" Mr. Mariano said covering his face with his hands.

" Let's protect hee together then Sir. I can't assure you about hee innocence but I'll do my best to bring out her cheerful soul again. Keep faith in me." Charlie said looking at Aurora.

" How much do you love her Charlie? Can you love her more than me?"

" No Sir. Our love can't be compared. But I can guarantee you this after you if there is anyone who loves her the most that is me. I'll give up my life without a second thought just for her. Even if the whole world goes against her, she will have me by herself. My actions will prove it Sir." 

Mr. Mariano smiled looking at Charlie.

" I'm counting on you then. Don't disappoint me."

" I won't Sir." Charlie said smiling back.

They looked back at Aurora and sat there whole night in hope that she will regain her sense soon.

Next morning, Antonia woke up and took a whole tour of the mansion if anyone was awake. But all of them were still sleeping. She went to Auroras room to check her.

She smiled at the scene. Aurora was in the middle and Charlie, her dad was in her both side in a half lying position sleeping uncomfortably. She understood that they didn't sleep long ago. So she didn't disturb them.

She went to the office room and took the file she asked for to her dad. She went back to her room to do a proper study the file properly.

She started reading it. It was the file with information of The Black Diamond.

Suddenly she came to a halt seeing the leaders picture. She kept looking at him. She started shaking in fear. That couldn't be happening. She didn't want to face that monster again after all these year. That's why his name sounded so familiar that day. She started taking long breaths to calm herself. But it wasn't helping. She needed someone now.

But everyone was sleeping. She tried to stand up but her legs wobbled and she fall on the floor. She was struggling to breathe properly. She started crying. She tried to call someone but her voice wasn't coming out.

She was about to pass out when she saw someone coming towards her shouting her name. She felt relived that he was there for her.

" Antonia!" Lucas came hurriedly seeing her in that condition. He was going downstairs after waking up. But he heard her whimpers and ran towards her room.

" Are you okay Antonia?" He said sitting beside her and taking her in his arms.

Antonia kept crying and shaking. Lucas understood that she was having a panic attack. He hurriedly took her in a bridal style and made her sit on her bed. He sat in front of her.

" Antonia please look at me. Try to take deep breaths. For me sweetie please." He said taking her in his arms again.

" Follow me okay sweetie?" He again said.

" Breathe in"

" Breathe out." Lucas told her and she followed his instructions. Soon she was able to breathe properly. She  hugged him tightly and kept crying.

The fear she felt years ago was still there deep down her heart. She was able to forget that name but those evil eyes? That evil smile? How could she forget those? She was still shaking in his embrace. Lucas patted his back in order to console her.
