Cheers rang out in the City of Atlantis as Ethan’s allies celebrated their victory.
“Lleu, go back to the Lands of Saraqael and bring your brother here,” Ashmedai ordered. “Only a Conqueror can subjugate this realm and bring it under our control.”
“There’s no need for that, Your Excellency,” Lleu replied before glancing at his son. “Do you dare to take this world as your own, Son?”
Lleu, who had a complicated relationship with Ethan, asked.
Deep inside, he felt ashamed because he never played the part of a good father to his son, who had been separated from him right after his birth.
He was also too busy fighting in the Lands of Saraqael, preventing him from catching up on their lost time and was therefore unable to form a closer relationship with Ethan.
Ethan, who understood his father’s difficulties, closed his eyes.
“I’m sorry, Father,” Ethan replied. “I can’t take over this world right now.”
