It's been 4 weeks since I decided to pay the kids a visit , after that day I noticed that my mana core was overflowing .

I search for an answer in the book , and all it told me was to create a mana ring

Zzzzzzzzzz !!!

Over the course of 3 months I used all the extra mana to create a ring around my mana core , once I was done creating mana ring a light white aura erupted from my body .

The next thing I knew , my mana overflowed which resulted in me destroying a table , and chair on the 3 level of my tower.

Kyaaaaaaa !

Peregrine entered the room , and she was looking at me with a worried look on her face .

Are you ok Ravus ? ° Peregrine

' I'm more than ok , that was just me becoming an official mage . '

Congratulations , so what will you do now ? A Peregrine

' I'm going to do what I do best , keep the kids entertained , and ready for anything . '

She left the tower after checking up on me , than I decided to the next 20 years forging magical items .

In 2 years I managed to make an enchanted cloak , that looks like cloak Lief from Forspoken , but mine was white with some purple designs on it .

5 years later I managed to forge four golden earrings , one has 1/5 of my mana stored in it for emergencies , the second one increases my defense , the third one will cast a magic barrier if I ever past out , and the last one heals me slowly , whenever I run out of mana.

I didn't plan on telling about them , since they where my trump cards .

In the next 13 years I created 3 space rings .

The first one had enough space, for me to put a large mansion inside of it . It happened to be an emerald ring , which I would store all the magic items I find in the future in .

The second one was a golden ring , which had enough space to store a small house , I planned on using it to store my cloths , weapons , and important items .

The last one was a white ring , which had enough space to store 3 football stadiums , I planned on putting my tower inside of it , whenever I would travel to a new world .

I took an entire year to relax , get away from the tower , check up on the kids , and learning about what was going in the outside world .

When the kids saw my earing , they wouldn't stop asking questions about them , so I hid them in my golden ring for now .

Once I was done with my year long vacation , i realized that I was 5 times stronger than an average man , 10 times faster , and 3 times more durable after becoming a mage .

Without my magic I was just like a super soldier , but I knew that I would get stronger than I currently am .

For the next 29 years , I mastered 4 new spells .

Wind Slash , when I use it a large wind current that looks like a crescent moon , flies out of my hands , which has the ability to cut through most things in its path .

Wind Barrier , it's just like a regular magic barrier , but this one uses less mana.

Wind blade shower , using this spell I can send out multiple wind blades , that are more powerful than my magic arrows.

Lastly Wind step , that one happens to be my favorite , when I use this spell I could run at mach 1.5 , gloden feathery sandals replaces whatever I'm wearing , and I can float when I use it.

Currently at the 4th rank , which meant that I was I'm pretty solid , unless I'm facing a low demon , or an regular angel who are immortal .

Another thing I realized after becoming a mage , is that my life expectancy tripled.

So I currently have 1200 years life expectancy. I wasn't immortal but I could outlive most beings in most worlds .

Jake pov ;

After my grandfather's death , my father took me to an island near Wales , where I met the kids he used to tell me about as a child .

Emma , and Miss Peregrine introduced me to everyone , but when I asked them about a tower , which I didn't see in 2016 they told me to stay away.

I got to know most of the other kids , who all had powers except me of course , the more I got to know Emma the more terrible I felt about her .

To think that she would age up , after coming out of the loop for too long .

When I returned to my regular time , a farmer accused me of killing his cattle .

My father actually tought I did it , because I didn't have a good excuse , which irritated me .

During the morning I returned to the loop , and I started to question miss Peregrine about my grandfather's case , and Mr baron whom she seemed surprised to hear about .
