"Another cute flying slime! Here I come!" Celia jumped up and swung her spear, creating a streak of light in the air, simultaneously causing the little pink monster to split in half and explode.
Alan didn't understand why Celia's expression differed from when she finished the flying bunnies. Right now, the female fighter looked so happy and didn't hesitate to attack these transparent monsters.
He shot his water blast at one of the monsters, which was round in shape, had wings like a dove, and eyes consisted of only two tiny black dots. Unlike Celia, Alan needed two hits to completely destroy it.
[Level up]
That slime exploded, leaving a thumb-sized pink crystal floating in the air. Brunch took that thing, then delivered it to Alan along with the other crystals she had collected.
"Thanks, Brunch." Alan received the five sparkling objects. He and Celia had indeed killed a lot of slimes, but not all of them dropped those things.
The young man didn't know the function of the crystals, but he put them in his bag. He intends to sell it, or who knows, those things have particular uses.
Celia suddenly landed face-first in front of Alan.
"Are you familiar with your second skill?" Alan asked while helping the girl up. The young man referred to her spear slash, which released a streak of light.
"Yes…." Celia grimaced as she surveyed her body full of sticky, glistening, viscous liquid. "I was so excited that I didn't notice their explosion hit me…. Ah, some got into my panties."
Alan looked away as Celia fixed her lower outfit.
The young man looked at the pile of wood and metal materials he had collected since yesterday. He intended to use those things to make a propeller thruster and a small shelter.
"We need a bathroom," Alan suggested. "We should gather more materials."
"And a toilet that gives us privacy. Pooping in the open with your feces falling down feels really weird." Celia started to take off her clothes. "Could you not face me just yet, please? I have to clean all this up."
"Sure."
While Celia cleans herself using water and a cloth, Alan opens his game UI to select his new skill, as he just reached level three. He didn't need to think long about choosing one from the earth element section.
[Ground manipulation - to shape the ground to your liking]
Alan stuck the tip of the magic staff down, and before long, a lump appeared on the ground. It was according to what he thought.
"Brunch." Alan summoned the wyvern. "Could you get me a piece of land that isn't that big, please?"
The beast nodded, and before long, she brought out a chunk of ground the size of an adult human torso.
"Stick that over here." Alan pointed to one of the edges of his land. "And hold it."
As soon as Brunch did that, Alan stuck the tip of his staff into the gap separating the two chunks. Slowly but surely, those things started to come together.
As Alan suspected, ground manipulation magic could be used for something like this.
"You want to make this place bigger?" Celia lined Alan up using only a light cloth worn like a bath towel. "Well, this place is indeed very cramped, barely able to accommodate us, our belongings, and this rubble."
Alan refrained from glancing at Celia. Almost every inch of her smooth legs is exposed, and just as she said, her racks are pretty massive. That cloth can barely contain them.
If there were strong winds, Celia's cloth would come undone. A gift for Alan but a disaster for Celia.
"But we can't make this place too big yet," Alan spoke to distract his brain from thinking dirty. "Brunch will have a hard time pushing it. We have to build that propeller first."
"I see." Celia shrugged. "Even though I can't wait to grow crops here."
Since the beginning, Alan wanted to grow various plants, so he chose land rather than wood or something else, though it would be easier to build with those things.
After about five minutes of Alan making the connection and nearly depleting his mana, Brunch pushed the land again. Alan continued his work of making the shelter. Celia also helped out, even though Alan had said it wasn't necessary.
That woman still wears that thin cloth only. If she moves too much, that thing can get loose.
"Oops!" And sure enough, Celia's cloth knot untied.
Alan reflexively glanced at the female fighter. She did manage to keep her cloth so that her private parts were not exposed, but Alan managed to get a glimpse of her body.
It was curved so perfectly, as if sculpted by the finest artist in the world. The tiny waist is a solid unit that fits her ample hips. Not to mention her smooth, fair skin. Its softness may rival silk.
All this time, those beauties were hidden by a set of armor.
But as a man with morals, Alan doesn't stare at Celia forever. Even so, that brief incident was firmly imprinted in Alan's brain.
"I-I will get dressed." Celia hastily fixed the cloth she was wearing. "It seems my clothes are already dry."
Alan discovered that his knots had become tangled. That incident really broke his concentration.
"Ah, looks like that is our destination." Celia, knelt down to pick up her clothes, pointing a long distance away.
Alan checked the direction Celia was referring to, ensuring he didn't see that girl. The young man finds a floating island decorated with giant windmills.
"The wind village." Alan referred to the nickname mentioned by Elaine. The place doesn't have a real name like the others. Everyone calls it that, even the inhabitants themselves.
"I wish I could take a bath there," Celia muttered. "My crotch is still sticky like melted candy."
