CHAPTER 2: CHANCE MEETING I

A young man sat in a reclining chair in a very broad and beautiful office as he tapped the fountain pen he held in between his fingers on the table.

The sharp line of his jaw and contours of his beautiful face could be seen clearly. Chiselled jaw, sharp straight pointed nose and beautiful blue eyes that could seep into anyone's soul and wavy black hair could be seen on full display, with an eerily calm demeanor and powerful aura that could make even an 80 year old man shake in his boots.

A man stood in front of him shaking visibly as he gave him daily reports on the affairs of the company. The man in question happened to be his secretary.

Secretary Angelo didn't just understand why his boss's demeanor changed all of a sudden or why he brought this suppressing aura around him. He couldn't even talk straight or right without stuttering.

"Enough!" The man in the reclining chair said to his subordinate. The shout came with the breaking of the fountain pen he held in his hands into two. Angelo felt his knees go weak as he collapsed to the floor.

"I am so sorry boss" Angelo started.

"I said enough," the man said again this time more calmly. Angelo quickly shut up and kept his head down

"Get up," he bellowed at Angelo. Angelo immediately got up without being asked twice. He threw a file in front of his secretary and said, get me everything you know about that woman.

"Yes boss." Angelo picked up the file and ran out of the office like a deer being chased by headlight.

The man looked at the retreating figure of his secretary and shook his head, then he thought, 'when was he ever going to develop a tough skin'.

Little did he know his secretary only showed his fear whenever he was around or kept one of those faces like he did today, which seemed to be almost always. He picked another fountain pen and began scribbling down on some documents.

Angelo came back few minutes later with said information and passed it to his boss.

James opened the file and looked at it carefully and after few moments closed it back. No one knew what he was thinking. He looked at his secretary and said, "prepare the car, we are going scouting".

Angelo shook his head and walked out of the office gently this time. The word scouting kept ringing in his ears, did his boss mean they were going to kill the woman in the file he gave him, because looking at his boss he knew he was capable of anything.

5 minutes later, Angelo called his boss to tell him the car was ready.

Just then, he saw him walking out of the complex building his body shape coming into view with a height of 6.3 inches, broad shoulders, chiselled stomach with visible abs thanks to his body hug shirt, slim waist and straight long legs with a beautiful step, wavy black hair swept backwards and that eyes that seemed as if it could look deep into one's soul to discover their darkest secret.

Angelo couldn't help swallowing. Even as a man, his boss was still so attractive to him especially that face of his. He was just so beautiful it nearly made him weep.

James was fully aware of the stares he got from people whenever he walked, it was not a new thing which was why he didn't pay anybody mind and walked inside the open car his secretary held for him.

Angelo shut the door and got into the front seat of the car as he gave the driver Antonio a signal and he drove out of the magnificent building.

Angelo spoke in the quiet car "Boss, where to now?"

James replied succinctly, "Piccadilly circus."

Angelo nodded and turned his face back to the road. it took them full 36 minutes to get to the Piccadilly Circus from Canary Wharf an area of London, England, located near the Isle of Dogs in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

NOTE: Canary Wharf is defined by the Greater London Authority as being part of London's central business district, alongside Central London. With the City of London, it constitutes one of the main financial centres in the United Kingdom and the world containing many high-rise buildings. Piccadilly Circus on the other hand is a road in the City of Westminster, London, to the south of Mayfair, between Hyde Park Corner in the west and Piccadilly Circus in the east. It is part of the A4 road that connects central London to Hammersmith, Earl's Court, Heathrow Airport and the M4 motorway westward with the famous St. James to the south of the Eastern Section.
