Chapter 07: Meeting my first human

I was still looking at the scene and thought about how I would communicate or even understand the human. But I still had time until evening, so is went around the clearing and tried to get closer to the tree. While I was on the way I found a little path to the clearing where the goblin where staying. I thought I could use that later to lure them out or something similar. As I was exactly on the side of the clearing I slithered near the tree the girl was bound to. As I got near I heard her screaming while she was still crying: "DIE YOU MONSTERS DIE". I don't know why but I can understand her. And exactly after I ended that thought the system stated:

The system automatically translates all languages so you can understand them.

"OK would have been nice if you told me earlier then I could have just stayed where I was. She soon stopped crying and screaming, probably because she couldn't anymore, and went into deep thought. She seems to be smart and I think she pondering about an escape plan.
