40. Making plans, meeting the stranger.

After everyone had their fill and had broken apart, working to finish clearing the city of the battlefield, an hour passes slowly for the stranger watching for silver to make an appearance or to summon anyone, but nothing. By nearly noon, He had nearly given up when finally the chamber opens and a messy haired and angry looking Silver steps out, a storm of mana swirling around her like a wind, her new metallic arm aglow, runes brightly shining on the surface attracting the stranger's eyes. At first he attempts to stand, planning to approach, only to feel the heavy hand of micah, on the fellows shoulder. With a shake of micahs head, he discourages him from rashly approaching the walking bomb whispering. "Not a fan of waking up, how's not a smart time, give her a bit she will get around to ya when she is less likely to rip your heart out.." Before he too slinks off, doing his best to avoid Silver in her current state. Her path? The massive pile of vehicles. On approaching close enough, silver simply waves her hand at them jerkily, mana pouring out and rolling over them rapidly, and within minutes the first few mounted guns are stripped and piled up nearby, same with stereo systems and power core, eventually gravity plates, then the glass is separated, along with any nav systems they may have, thruster packs, anything that was of use for building or rebuilding one. Eventually, Silver uses her mana to drag an empty hull over, a light craft with lots of sharp angles, and only two seats and a gunner spot, at least for now. Settling in, silver uses her mana to rip the craft to pieces carving it up, taking another hull for material she uses her mana to melt it down though it takes its toll on her. After watching how her arm had been crafted she learned more of what her class was capable of and is now putting some of it to the test. After more than three quarters of her total mana pool had been used up, Silver sat on one of power veins of the city, using her command of the mana to tap into the circuit and command it to flow through her mechanical arm, acting as a new source as she works, slowly building a second vehicle, far faster than the stryker, with redundant power, and bristling with weapons, loaded with a massive turret with quad chain guns, a rocket pod, and the armor of three times its size. Enough grav plates to nearly give the craft flight, and the best feature of it all? Self healing thanks to it being created, and soon, saved into silver like a blueprint. And as it finishes up, installing a windshield and the nav system, silver snaps her fingers, seeming to have forgot one thing 'the stereo!" With that, silver installs a fully decked custom interior, and exterior stereo system, why exterior you may ask? Not is quite as intimidating or annoying as an enemy blasting their theme song at you as they barrel through your people. Before with a wave of her hand, the vehicle vanishes into her mana without a trace before she turns back to her throne room, the time spent crafting calmed her down enough, and having caught a glimpse of the ever staring guest, she waves them to follow as she walks, not saying a word yet as she moves to find her place on her throne...the proper way to receive guests into one's kingdom afterwards. Watching the eccentric guest approach, silver smirks looking at the person speaking grandeously. "Welcome! To the city of the lost! Hmm...still working on the name part hey, welcome stranger non the less, the fact you are breathing and not with claws and blades to your throat you came with good intentions I presume..." Making the person pause mid stride, before coming forward to give a soft bow, at last showing some respect for silvers new position. Before attempting to reply, using the same technique as he did the rest, writing in the air. Greetings, queen of the storm, I am storm, that's my name anyway, I come from the city north east of here, closer to the elven kingdom. Ruled by rothschild royal family. I chose to leave and wander, I heard your tale through several warriors of your deeds at the asari city. He writes, the amount causing silver to raise a brow reading quickly. 'A wandering soul, one who wished to escape the thumb of a royal family'. "What is it you seek here? If you hope for a life of ease, you will be sorely remised...if its wealth It will be a long time before you see enough to sate that greed. If its strength, then pray we live long enough to grow. If its a home with which you wont be oppressed, I cannot make promises, but I will try." After stating that, she simply shrugs, leaving the fellow flabbergasted. After a few moments he finally gives a response. What will you make of the people to come? Seeing this, silver taps her finger, weighing her words carefully. "Hopefully, I will guide them for a better tomorrow than today, whether its crops, or the way we treat our neighbors, or advancing technology, i wish for a better tomorrow than today...tax? No rent unless one buys the lot, guilds? Monitored and registered, I am tired of the lot thinking they can bully people. Dungeons will be shared, and available for anyone, and things will eventually be made available for dungeon assistance for those who do not wish for a partner, or porters or the likes, as you saw, my class is...unique and opens up the future to a world of possibilities that i plan to exploit if you wish to be a part of that, its simple, help the whole, earn your keep, fight like hell, and don't die, follow basic courtesy and you'll earn more than you think, ask anyone out there, I am generous with what I have." The fellow seems to struggle over her words, stinging and mottling their delicate looking hands, despite their face hidden amongst the makeup. Some time passes before they write. How can you trust? Nodding silver smiles replying. "Consider this well, those who dare try something will bring the wrath of the heavens and hells down on their heads, I will summon demons, and tear that wings off angels, I will strip bare the sky and the land, Will make the oceans boil if someone crosses me...though what I did at the asari city was an accident and a tragedy, It does not mean I am not any less capable, if you haven't kept up, I am part of a rebel group, labeled a terrorist, and I just recently set a city on fire in order to escape, I am not one to trust, I prefer burning, but...I have plans for the city and that involves more than just my own trust...it involves people...lots and lots of people...after many back and forth, the stranger eventually asks to stay, receiving a place to stay, having been extended from the floor before they had left. Silver ends up rounding up micah, liam, and her parents, giving them the new vehicle, and the mission of acquiring fresh supplies, food and water and trading some of the spare armor and weapons from the adventurers, keeping the numbers to only a small number for now. Letting them loose, silver disappears, dragging a dozen wreckage, and the piles of weapons and other stuff back into the throne room, sealing herself away.
