Kathleen stared at her hand that Shawn had just kissed as her driver took her to Wyatt corporations. The warmth from his lips still lingered where it had touched.
As she thought of all that transpired at his office today, she felt conflicted. Why did she agree to let him see the children at any time? Doesn't that expose her to his constant pestering?
Anyways, the deed has been done and there is nothing she can do about it. As for constantly running into him, all she had to do is accompany them for the first two meetings to see how they got along.
When she arrived at Wyatt corporations, Ariel, her assistant, was waiting for her outside the reception looking all flustered.
"Boss, thank God you are finally back," she said in hushed tones.
"What's up with you, you look like you've just seen a ghost."
"It's more than a ghost, boss or I'd rather say an elegant but arrogant ghost."
