Professor Nijo turned off the screen before the video even ended.

"Listen, Noa. Can you do something for me?" He intently looked at his son.

"Anything, Dad. What is it?" Noa asked.

Professor Nijo shot a device into his nape. Noa felt something inserted in his head and brains. "Forget me, and save us all."

Frustration surged through Noa's mind like a storm, threatening to overturn his resolve. The taste of failure was bitter, a pill he had to swallow with great difficulty, leaving his breath shallow.

"Don't lose hope, Noa. Let's give it another shot," So-Rin encouraged.

Noa Nodded and replied, "Okay, I'll try again."

With determination blazing in his eyes, he straightened up and clenched his teeth. His fingers danced across the keyboard, typing in an innovative code that held the capability to hack into the system of what could be considered as Neo Arcadia's binding chains. Each tap was a small step toward breaking free.

Despite the sweat dripping from his temples, Noa didn't falter.
