"What are you looking at? You wanted to buy a weapon, right?" The old man should have asked him while walking before. Ben's attention instantly snapped to the voice as he nodded in agreement.

"Then quietly follow me to my place. And know this: I am the best blacksmith in here; what am I ?" The man looked at Ben, expecting a response.

"Yes, sir, you are the best blacksmith in here!" Ben didn't know what he was saying; he just said it either way. Just then he noticed people dressed the same as that old man, looking at Ben with a smirk or pity.

But Ben didn't have time to notice very much; even with light magic, his foot was burning like walking on a concrete roof in the summer. He just awoke and followed the old man towards the edge of the field, further narrowing down to a small, room-sized cave.
