313. Day one of the ceremony

So just like that, the first day of the wedding ceremony was here. It was tradition that on all the days, I was to wear different colors of dresses, this was to signify how colorful our marriage was going to be for the rest of our lives.

So for Sunday, the first day of the week, it's a yellow dress. According to my almost mother-in-law, the color yellow on the first day of the week signifies the rising of the sun.

"Just like the sun rises in the morning and brightens up the day, so will you rise, shine, and brighten up this world as you rule as queen alongside your husband." is what mother had said.
