Rhea slowly opened her eyes, the soft morning light filtering through the curtains. Memories of the chaotic night still lingered in her mind, as she pushed herself up to a sitting position on the bed, she felt a throbbing headache that made her clutched her head in her hands. She had cried herself to sleep in Draven's arms last night, perhaps that must be the cause of her headache.

Rhea looked beside her and saw the space looked undisturbed as if Draven hadn't slept on the bed. She had been too consumed in grief last night to care about how Draven must have felt when he couldn't save her.
