In the vast wilderness, a young individual rests amid the remains of [Grass Rat].

"Haah..." Uno feels completely worn out after a couple of hours of combat. Uno was able to eradicate the swarm. Uno figured out that the swarm is not solely one large swarm, It is split into numerous swarm of rats.

Uno realized this since this swarm is significantly smaller than the prior encounter. Uno only slain 258 [Grass Rat] and 38 [Alpha Grass Rat]. Uno thinks about his title objective while laying down.

Uno makes his journey east towards the [Breeze Village] to receive his rewards, particularly a goodnight slumber.

Uno can see a faint outline of a wooden wall in the far distance after approximately 30 minutes, but there is a massive swarm of rats around the [Breeze Village]. Uno made the decision to wait until daylight before entering the [Breeze Village] since if he leaves now, he will be swarmed till sunrise. That is making an endeavor to do additional labor.

Suddenly, the swarm split in two, with half remaining around the [Breeze Village] and the other half forming up and running towards the direction of Uno.

"What the fuck, are these rats coming after me?" Uno speculated.

Uno immediately prepared for a fight and retreated for a short distance to keep the conflict away from the other half of the swarm that remained in [Breeze Village] to prevent it from reinforcing the other half of the swarm that is now approaching in Uno's direction.

Uno currently has his eyes shut as he awaits the arrival of the swarm. Uno is mentally fatigued and all he can think of is falling asleep.

Rumble....squeak...rumble...

Uno opens his eyes and concentrates on the impending fight. Uno grasps his dagger and crouches down, ready to launch an attack.

Uno initiated an assault and sliced, stabbed, punched, kicked, and shoved against the opposing rats as soon as many [Grass Rat] emerged. With the knowledge that the rat's bites are ineffective against him, Uno is solely focused on his offensive strategy. On top of that, Uno activated [Urge] to make his blows more lethal.

In about 10 minutes of fighting, the [Alpha Grass Rat] finally arrived and charged toward Uno.

Uno immediately applied the same tactics, using the carcasses of the slain rats as stepping stones to avoid the [Alpha Grass Rat] horde charge. Uno will stab the final running [Alpha Grass Rat] in the back after landing in the rear.

Uno mumbled, "This is so simple, but it's exhausting...haha."

In the [Breeze Village], Sinro noticed the unusual movements of the swarm while observing the chaos outside. Sinro then exits the lookout tower and makes his way to the fine wooden house.

Uno was able to kill more [Grass Rat] and [Alpha Grass Rat] in roughly thirty minutes. The swarms in front of Uno then split apart in the middle to make room for something as a loud screech was heard in the distance.

"You, human, I'll tear you apart. You stole something you shouldn't covet," the strange thing said.

"You have also murdered a lot of my brethren and steps to our lands," the strange thing complained as it approached Uno.

Uno can see that the peculiar thing is a [Grass Rat] standing on two legs with staff as it gets closer to him. It resembles a "Rat-man."

Suddenly lifting its staff, the "Rat-man" said, "Begone, Eat him till bone dust."

A green glow radiated from the wooden staff and screeched. Over the rats' heads, there was a soundwave-like expansion, and the rats' eyes shone a faint green.

Uno observed the "Rat-Man" and a holographic display appeared.

Uno said, "What..the..fuck. That rat has more intelligence than me?"

When Uno turned to face the swarm, he saw the rat's eyes were glowing green and that it appeared to be growing more ferocious. Furthermore, a bright green liquid that was emanating from the wooden staff of the "Rat-Man" Roscuro began to shoot at Uno.

"Shit!" Uno sprung into action, dodging the impending projectile.

Splat!

Uno was able to avoid the shot, but the area where it was aimed is now covered with an unidentified green liquid. The soil started to deteriorate as a result.

Uno attacks in retaliation as the swarm starts to assault him. Uno stabbed the rat after being bitten on the right leg.

Uno screamed, "Argh!" The [Grass Rat] managed to bite Uno successfully.

Uno recognized how deadly and stronger the rats had gotten. Uno activated [Heaven's Authority] to strengthen his fighting abilities.

Uno began reaping the rats. Uno is bit by the [Grass Rat], yet there is no visible scar. Uno plans to quickly kill Roscuro in order to remove this variable given that [Heaven's Authority] only has a 20-minute window of effectiveness.

Uno sliced the rats before running toward Roscuro while stepping over and ignoring them. Uno and Roscuro are located 20 meters apart.

Roscuro is aware of what Uno is attempting to do. The wooden staff of Roscuro was glowing green and was condensing a green acid. In which the green acid shot at Uno, Roscuro ordered the [Grass Rat] to block Uno while running away.

Splat! Squeak...Pshh...

A random [Grass Rat] is struck by the green acid that is missed.

"You little shit!" Uno yelled as his eyes widened. Uno quickly increased his pace to pursue Roscuro. Fortunately, Uno still surpasses Roscuro in terms of speed.

When Roscuro noticed how quickly Uno was moving, he instantly called on [Alpha Grass Rat] to defend him. Five minutes later, many [Alpha Grass Rat] appeared on the scene and promptly took up position to defend Roscuro.

After another five minutes or so, Uno finally caught up to Roscuro and spotted the vast assembly of [Alpha Grass Rat]. When Uno approaches Roscuro, the horde charges in an instant to stop him.

Uno looked perplexed and then grinned. "What the fuck?" In order to avoid the horde onslaught, Uno leaped and walked over them. Roscuro was astounded by his brethren's ignorance. Right away, Roscuro attempted to conjure a green acid to bombard Uno, but it was too slow.

.

Uno landed on top of Roscuro while stabbing him in the chest after leaping off the back of the last charging [Alpha Grass Rat]. Uno said, "You fucking dumb rat," while smirking.

When the two fell to the ground, Uno grabbed Roscuro and slashed and stabbed him.

Then, Roscuro's eyes rolled back. Uno still keeps stabbing the rat man.
