The Guild Master of the alchemy guild was a strange person for Ludger. While the Guild Master from other guilds mostly have a hard-to-forget aura or charisma, the Guild Master of the alchemy guild, Guirec was extremely plain which makes you have a hard time remembering him. "Hahaha, we haven't done anything to them and it won't cause any trouble because we won't do anything that will cause them to hate us." Guirec said with a forced smile.
Ludger didn't say anything and kept looking at the three of them. From how they acted, they must be trying to hide something from him. But it seems that they not stopping the supply like what Hudson fears or what Hugo suggested to him.
"Alright, as long as you do not stop the supply for them, I won't ask you about it. But please remember that it might cause them to have grudges against us if you are doing something extreme to them. Is there anything else that you want to tell me, Guild Master?" Ludger decides to trust them and asks Guirec.
"Oh! You are really our good guild member. Don't worry because we won't cause any trouble that will make them hate us later. Oh right, I want to ask about the details of the weapon that you are going to create. Do you have decided about the material to create that weapon? I might be able to help you if you need some rare material to create it. But let me see the process of making it. How about it?" Guirec winked while making a thumb-up gesture before he asked about the things that Ludger wanted to create.
It was not the first time for Guirec had acted like this. He was someone who could keep a secret and quite a trustworthy person. He is always interested in the items that Ludger trying to create because he found new knowledge that was able to raise the fame of alchemy in this city and maybe they would be able to create a lot of new things and have new members.

At that time he answered that he did it because he loved this city and there were a lot of rare materials that he could only find in this city. Besides he dislikes the hot weather in East Desert.

But Ludger also likes how the members of the alchemy guild never try to hide what they know and they always share it to help the other with their research.
They arrived in Favian's secret laboratory. The Guild Master, Guirec has visited them in this place before as he is interested in the things that Ludger created before with Favian's help. They quietly follow Ludger who spreads the blueprint on the table. The four people (Aqila is in the Laboratory) who look at that blueprint feel surprised because of how unusual it is as a weapon.
"T-This is a weapon?! Won't it will be hard to use if it was like this? And why it was like this? Have you decided what kind of material that you will use for this part?" Guirec quickly grasped the thing that Ludger tried to create after looking at the blueprint.
'As expected from the Guild Master of the alchemy guild. He is able to understand the rough sketch that I draw in this blueprint.' Ludger feels that Guirec is really reliable at such a time and it will help him to get the material that he needs quicker.
It was something that everyone in this guild knew, Guirec had a secret room in this guild that was known as 'Materials Save'. Because it was the place where Guirec hid all of the rare materials that he was able to get from different sources. But he never kept those materials like a treasure as he always gave some of it to help the other members research.
"If it is possible, I need something strong and elastic material for this part and it will be great if it also has great conductivity for magic power so I can easily control it with my magic power. And can you make this part to have something like this and that... So what kind of material that we able to get before the preliminary of the Winter Tournament?" Ludger asked about the materials that would fit his needs.
"Hmm, it was quite details criteria for the materials...I think it will be better if we use the materials from monsters because it is the only thing that has a high conductivity for magic power. But for this part, I think it will be better to use the rare ore from the East like mithril or orichalcum. Did you want to make it lighter or heavier?" Guirec asked with a serious expression
"Can you keep the hardness but make it lighter because I am not too good at using powerful attacks as I only rely on my speed? Right, if we make it lighter can we keep the hardness of the materials and make sure that it won't be broken by other people when we are fighting?" Ludger asked.
"If it was like that, I think we need to ask our trusted blacksmith to help us make this part and that part separately to make sure the strength of it. Then give me two days to prepare the best materials for it. I will also ask the blacksmith if they were able to create it in less than a week. Is it alright?" Guirec tells him about the time they might use to prepare and create it like how Ludger tells him.
"Alright, I will wait until everything is ready." Ludger nodded his head as he knew there was nothing he could do about it.

When Ludger ride Hugo's carriage, Edgar and Rainold see him as they want to ask Ludger about something. But they were too late because Ludger had entered into that carriage and the protection barriers has been surrounded that carriage and blocked their voice.
"I never expected that Ludy was such a busy person. He was around the same age as us, right? How could he work so hard that it was even surprising for us who were from noble families? Hmm, what are you thinking, Ed? Why do you make such expressions? Is there something wrong about that carriage?" Rainold realizes Edgar's expression who seems to be surprised by the carriage.
"Do you remember the carriage that we saw when we just arrived in this city?" Edgar asked.
"Did you mean the carriage that Leo said might have her favourite writer in it?" Rainold said as he tried to remember about what happened before.
"That's right, and it was something that only a few of it existed in this city. But I think it was the same one as the one that we saw before. Do you think Ludger was someone important like what he told us yesterday? The more I know about him, the more I wonder what kind of person he is." Edgar said with a sad expression.
"You look strange lately...or if I have to say it more precisely was after we arrived in this city. Is there something wrong? Is it related to the girl that you told us before?" Rainold asks with a worried face.
"It's nothing but for some reason, I keep feeling that I lost something important to me after I arrived in this city. Maybe it was just my imagination." Edgar said with a melancholic face.
