Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies. 

Before embracing death, she prays for one chance to change her fate. Thankfully, Heaven listens to her, and she gets reborn on the same day when it all begins. 

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

"The Crown Princess called her brothers-in-law today. What does Brother Wangjie think she's up to?" Zhao Yue asked, looking at the chess board before him.

"They are her in-laws," Wangjie replied.

"Brother Wangjie, I have gathered important information from the servant in the Lee Residence," said Tang Liuhao, the third prince. "Xianwu never had an amicable relationship with his brothers. I think the Crown Princess wants them to be on her side," he asserted while looking at their game.

Wangjie placed the piece on the board and looked at Liuhao. "Nothing matters now. General Lee is on his son's side. Let's not talk about them since it gives me a headache," Wangjie stated.

Zhao Yue moved the piece from his side and said, "If there's a rift between the brothers, we can make it deeper."

"I agree with that. Let's target Lee Yujin, the second son of Lee Shimin. He may help us take Xianwu down," Liuhao opined.
