Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies. 

Before embracing death, she prays for one chance to change her fate. Thankfully, Heaven listens to her, and she gets reborn on the same day when it all begins. 

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

While walking through the streets of Water Town, Xianwu realized that the town was a peaceful place. He wondered what work his father could have in such a place. 'Does he really want to harm the Emperor?' Xianwu thought when he accidentally bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry," Xianwu said to the man. He didn't say anything to him, just glared at Xianwu before heading ahead.

Xianwu did notice a weird tattoo on the back of the man's palm. "What a strange man! Why did he even glare at me when I apologized?" he murmured.

As he walked ahead in search of the town head, Xianwu found out from the people that they saw General Lee Shimin. Xianwu slowly halted near the group of people and overheard their conversation.

'So, Father is staying in the town head's house. What kind of work is it that not even the Emperor is aware of?' Xianwu thought and his brows furrowed.

He returned to the rest house and informed the same to Chen Xin.
