Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies.

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

As Xianwu and Jia Li left the pavilion, Jia Li asked with a surprised expression, "Have you ever heard of Quan Hu? Didn't he look young to be a commander at that age?"

"Quan Hu is thirty," Xianwu replied. "He comes from the family of warriors too. I saw him a few times with my father. However, I had no idea that his loyalty was bound to the Emperor than my father. I am truly surprised by it," he added.

Jia Li agreed with him. "I saw Quan Hu the day Father appointed him the commander," she said, "Our first task is finished here. I would like to join you when you check the skills of the five soldiers you select."

"I almost forgot to ask about Sky. Is he at a safer place? Also, how do we find Eagle? You said that Court Lady Donggu would help you. Are you sure about it? She gave you the wrong information before," Jia Li said while getting worried.
