While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

"I never seduced your father," Mei Xin stated firmly, urging him to release her. "Your father sought me out; I didn't pursue him," she affirmed, fixing him with a steely gaze.

"Why didn't you refuse when my father proposed you become his second wife? You didn't object. It appeared as though you were willing to be a part of the Jin Family," Fengming countered while accusing her.

"Young Master Jin, if you persist in this behavior, I will have no choice but to summon the guards and even involve the royal inspector to have you arrested," Mei Xin warned him, her voice carrying the weight of finality.

"I'm not intimidated by your threats," Fengming asserted firmly.

Mei Xin prepared to call for the guards when Fengming swiftly covered her mouth with his hand.
