She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

"Did you receive the new clothes?" Fengming suddenly asked Mei Xin, who quickly got off the bed to see him.

"Yes. Brother Yi Kai gave me earlier in the day. Thank you." Mei Xin lowered her eyes momentarily.

Fengming recalled what Cao Jun told him earlier and he walked closer to her. He looked at her face and wondered if it was her face, that brought crowd to Mei Xin. She felt weird thinking about what Fengming was staring at. Meeting his gaze, she asked, "Is there something you want?"

"Were you called Meimei in the inn?" Fengming curiously asked.

"Yes," Mei Xin replied. "Why do you ask?" she looked puzzled.

"I heard from my friend that you were the most beautiful lady in the inn," Fengming asserted.

"Your friend knows me?" Mei Xin turned a little conscious.
