Leaning against the window of her room, gazing forward as Mikahil and Praia boarded a magical carriage, Merissa said, "You're just a plaything to him, so don't think too highly of yourself. Whether you're a queen or whatever, I'll get rid of you."
Merissa rubbed her head. "Praia, you're really just like your mother used to be, that maniac."
Turning away from the window, Merissa jumped onto her bed, grabbed a part of the sheet, and hugged it. "I'll let you think whatever you want, but in the end, we'll all end up with him anyway."
Fifteen minutes later, inside the magical carriage, Mikahil rested his head on Praia's thighs and then spoke, "Praia, did you understand everything Merissa said?"
Praia, caressing Mikahil's head, replied, "I hate this, but I'll do the right thing. Don't worry, I won't kill any vampires."
'... Did she forget?' Mikahil thought. "No, that's the important part, Praia. Why were you wanting to kill the vampires?"
