The Will 3

The content of the Grand Commander's will has already travelled throughout the palace and beyond before the sun sets, causing chaos everywhere it reaches.

Nalan races toward the Noble Consort's chambers. She had been on her way to run an errand outside the Moon Palace when she overheard the gossip.

"Your Highness!" She calls out repeatedly.

Yetsune, who had returned to her room after dinner, remembered she needed to speak with the Noble Consort about the Grand Commander's will. She turns back at the sound of Nalan's frantic shouts as she arrives at the Noble Consort's chamber, just in time to see her rush past.

Without knocking, Nalan bursts into the Noble Consort's room, startling her and Attendant Nan.

"Nalan!" Attendant Nan exclaims, clutching her chest in alarm. "Have you lost all your manners?" she scolds.

"What is it?" the Noble Consort asks, sensing something urgent in Nalan's breathless state.
