Courting a commoner 2

Hakian wipes the blood from his cheek with a finger. He looks at the smear on his hand and scoffs.

"Still so temperamental. That's why Father's always disliked you," he adds with a mocking smirk.

Hagian explodes, kicking back his chair as he charges at his brother. Hakian remains seated, his smirk widening as he watches Hagian storm toward him like a wild animal.

Grabbing Hakian by the collar, Hagian yanks him up. "How many times do I have to tell you I didn't do it?" he yells, delivering a punch that snaps Hakian's head to the side.

Hakian stumbles back, blood smearing his bruised lips. "Do you really think I care if you pushed him into the lake or not?" He cackles as he straightens up. "I just love watching you lose control every time I mention it."

Hagian face twitches as he's provoked further. He charges towards Hakian with his fist ready to throw a punch, but this time Hakian catches his fist mid-air.
