The Princess’s Bittersweet Marriage to a Doting Commander

They arrive at the Noble Consort's courtyard, but no one is there. Even Nalan, who would usually be stationed outside, is absent.

Anakin's gaze sweeps across the courtyard before he decides they should wait at the pavilion.

"Stay here," he tells Lady when they arrive at the pavilion. "I'll be back." He turns to Yisu, "You too."

Lady Leya opens her mouth to protest, but Anakin is already walking away from the pavilion. She decides to take a walk through the garden, hoping its beauty will ease the anxiety gnawing at her heart.
