Brandon's story

Brandon

I follow the man because i need to see Luther. I don't even know if i believe that he came here.

Would he actually leave Lucinda and come here?

Would Luther actually risk it all to save me?

I don't know how i feel about it because I know that my feelings are not reciprocated.

Nathaniel's voice breaks through my thoughts, his words heavy with an air of superiority. "You are my son, Brandon, and it might seem like I am a monster right now, but you will come to understand why I am doing all this later on."

I clench my jaw, fighting the urge to snap back at him. My mother's memory deserves better than his twisted justifications. I just want to see Luther and make sure he's okay. I don't want to engage in Nathaniel's mind games.

"Can we not have this conversation right now?" I plead, my voice tinged with frustration. The last thing I need is Nathaniel trying to manipulate my emotions further.
