It All Started With Love

"Then let me help more. Being active is good during pregnancy but you have to rest." Ethan offered, speaking to her ever so gently.

Petal smiled and nodded her head. She tip-toed, kissing him on the cheek.

"I want to tell you something." She said, signalling.

Ethan dropped everything in his hand and focused on her.

"I want to have a home birth," Petal said, signalling.

Ethan thought that he misunderstood her so he asked to confirm."You want to have a home birth." He repeated.

She nodded her head and he was shocked.

"Petal, not having pregnancy symptoms doesn't mean you won't go through labour. It's your first time. I want you to be as comfortable as you can." Ethan replied, explaining.

But he knew that look. She already planned and decided. It's not a bad idea, giving birth at home will be more intimate and private.

"I know. But you will be with me, so I'm not worried." She replied, signalling.
