In my dream part one

"T-thank you…" She said, noticing that her stuttering was worsening today.

Alexander smiled at her as he reached to the left of the soup bowl.

"I noticed that you stutter now. You weren't like this before." He said as he scoped some soup for her.

"I h-had a brain s-troke that caused d-amage to the brain c-cells." She replied, feeling a little uncomfortable.

Her stutter caused her to be not confident about herself,

Alexander, who was cutting the steak, stopped when he heard what she said. He lowered the knife and the fork in his hands and looked at her. She was using the spoon to sip from the soup but her hand was shaking. She ends up putting down the spoon and pushing the soup bowl away.

The brain stroke didn't just affect her speech but also her body mobility. He had noticed that he was walking a little differently.

"I'm s-sorry. But I don't f-feel like e- eating." She said, apologizing.
