My Promise
-14 years ago- SIRE PAST
Deep in the land of lythra, I was searching for things to hunt with nothing but a bloodlust aura around me, I was only 16 years old but was taught to fight no matter the circumstances. I was about to shoot when I heard a voice not to far from me. I decided to follow the sound, without being noticed.
I saw a beautiful little girl sitting there singing. Her voice was so beautiful it lured me towards her as it sounded like the voice of my biological mother. She turned around alarmed and screamed loud, I wasn't fazed but I tried to calm her down before walking up to her " shh, I wont hurt you, I'm just hunting and stumbled upon you." I really didn't want to scare her deep down. Why was I speaking to her…I hate people? I kept asking myself the same question until she responded "Whats..your name?"
I looked at her after I tried to suppress my deadly aura, before I spoke. " I'm prince Sire…whats your name?"
"Oh haha..I'm no one interesting.. I'm princess Valine, daughter of king Sarak, what are doing in Lythra? You have red eyes so, I know your a vampire."
Princess Valine..her name rung in my head countless times and I locked the memories of her instantly. I didn't move away in disgust for the first time and she wasn't scared of me. I knew I wanted to take her with me to Acaria, and make her mine. It was love at first sight for me, her face, her voice, her confidence that I could already sense from just meeting her, she was unlike anyone else, I wonder if she was even human. I could only suppress the thought as I knew my guards would come look for me if I took longer than usual. " look little princess, I'm not supposed to be here but its part of my training to never get caught. You broke my schedule, I am forbidden in your land so you cant tell anyone about this, understand?
" Oh, thats fine, I pinky promise but you have to promise me something as-well!"
Maybe I was wrong, She was already asking for a favor, my mood changed drastically and I felt wrong to think she was different. Even though my guard was down around her my emotions where devastated, but she couldn't tell anyone so, I had to agree
" what is it princess?"
"Well, my father seemed to never like me, and my sister is just worse so when we grow up, please find me and take me to see your land. Im also forbidden to cross the Fiset lake, which is separating the world from me. This is all I ask of you..Prince Sire." My mood got better she was definitely divine. It's something about her I cant really grasp but, she is now special to me from here on, I will make her mine and no one will hurt her thats a deep vow I place within myself.
"Ok princess I promise, I have to leave now but, we will meet again.." I wasn't fazed once I heard the callings of my name and I switched myself back to killing mode, before leaping away in high speed from my goddess.
-PRESENT TIME- 4AM -
-Sire-
I woke up with Valine's small but secure arms around my back cuddling me to the point where I couldn't move or I would wake her up. I had something important to do and it was dangerous so I couldn't wake her up "Javion get me a big teddy bear"
"Sire,we have a important mission to do why in the world would you need a teddy bear?"-Javion
"If you don't get me a teddy bear in 3 minutes your dead." - Sire
"Sure, sure but whatever joke this is, isn't funny" - Javion
-Call ended-
This big head is going to make me hurt him. "Im here boss, what did you need a teddy bear for."
"If you wake up my wife I will kill you..lower your damn voice"
"Woah, boss..when did you start showing affection to women?"
"Oh shut it and give me the damn bear". I moved slowly grabbing her hand off of my torso so gently but I never did anything like this, I could already hear Javion laughing "let me help, do it like this"
If he touched her I would beat him thats final. The only man that can touch her is me as of now. A blazing death glare was shot at him before he could touch her.
"Haha…do it your way boss.." She moved around a little bit which loosened her grip on me making me successful as I stood up about to walk out the door but what happened then froze me. "D-dad..please..I'm..s-sorry, don't hi-hit me, I will do anything else..plea-please!" I remember her saying her dad didn't favor her but if he put a finger on my goddess I will torture him like he did my angel.."Once the mission is over we will kidnap her father and make him beg at her knees..understand?"
"Uhh..yes sir." I wanted to kiss her and tell her no one will ever hurt her again but I had to go we was wasting time already.
-UNDERGROUND BASE-
"Boss, you have to tell her..this mission will take about 1 month and 3 weeks, there still threats that may grow if we don't stop them now, I know you never tell anyone what your doing or how long it takes but she needs to know, do you want me to tell her at breakfast?"
"I'll tell her myself..do you think she will be okay on her own she's still uneasy being alone for just minutes, should we take her along?"
"Sire..that's ridiculous you know it's too dangerous for her to come along"
"We don't have time to think about this right now. Schedule my flight at 8PM and have everything packed. If I use my powers they would be to suspicious, we have to blend in so, pack black attire as-well." I was thinking about her the whole time and decided I would take her to work with me at my company, she will have access to everything even my personal things, Its going to be her day today. I got back to work on my computer with her stuck in my mind.
