Not much phased Bai Mei Xing. After graduating with a Master's degree in Forensic Anthropology at the age of 16, she became the youngest professor of Anthropology in the history of A University and moonlighted as a consultant for the local and national police forces. But she would live her life on her terms, even if she was facing a 7-foot warrior species that specialized in killing. Nothing would stand in her way.

"I see," I answered with a nod. "All important things for a human female to take into consideration when consuming something."

I might have been born at night, but I can tell you, it wasn't last night. There was no way I would be taking anything given to me by the Alliance. However, it does make me wonder what the drink actually contains. Maybe it would be a clue about what their plans were for us humans.

"Fine," I said, making a quick decision. "I find time to swing around and grab some. Too bad you can't just put it in the mail and have it delivered," I continued with a smile.

"You'll start taking your supplements? That is fantastic. I can tell you that I have never felt better than when I started to take mine. Now, I can even tell when I am a few hours late for my drink. It's like coffee and just as addictive."
