Johnny is a young man who has continually struggled in life. Nothing seems to go his way, as his mother died a few years ago, leaving him with no one to call family. He has since been working a dead-end gas station job and just a few days ago, got fired. 

He now stands in his apartment, holding a rope in his hands.

‘What is the point? No one loves me, I’m still a virgin at 21, and I can’t even hold a damn job.’ He thought miserably.

Just as he was about to do something he might regret; he heard an audible ding before a pink and blue screen appeared in front of him.

[Congratulations! You have been selected by the universe to be the beta tester of our new program called: Common Sense Manipulation System! You have been chosen because of your miserable life and virgin status! But do not worry young man, with this system you can finally become someone worth a damn! Fame! Money! Beautiful women! The possibilities are endless!]

Common Sense Manipulation System

Johnny slowly got cleaned off and dressed while feeling quite conflicted. He was quite happy that he got laid and received some sloppy toppy, but he was bummed out to find that the CSMS wasn't working as it had before.

'So to recap, I can still manipulate common sense, but I can't speak to Aurora nor open my status. This has never happened before and Aurora never informed me that this could happen... Maybe it had something to do with that weird vision I had last night.' Johnny theorized, hoping he was wrong.

That vision felt very real and Johnny truly believed that it was the future he was seeing. Without the help of Aurora, he felt like he might not have a chance at changing said future.
