Ron and Kai instantly knew what to do when they got the message: see Crystal as soon as possible. After Ron made a clone of his mask and grabbed it, Kai almost flew up to the sky to start his journey, but Ron grabbed his shoulder and said "I think I know how to get there faster." Kai looked at him, confused. He took off his helmet. "How do you think we're going to get across the galaxy faster than our flight? That is insane, man." "Well, Kai, I'm glad you asked. Ever since we received our U.A.T, I knew that if I wanted to get from galaxy to galaxy, I would need something that's quick." Said Ron as he guided Kai underground to their hideout. They passed by computers, spare suits, tools, blueprints, televisions, game consoles, and more. "And that is where the Star-Shooter comes in to play."
Ron pressed a button that he installed into the wall, and the walls parted to reveal the Star-Shooter. It was a long, sleek spaceship that was really pointy at it's ends, and had four seats. Two in front and two retractable seats behind the front two. It had retractable wings that had retractable blasters, 6 on each wing. Kai stared at it in awe. "Hop in, bro!" Said Ron. Kai got in the passenger seat, and in front of them was a control board, with many color-coded buttons. After Ron explained the controls to Kai, he hit a button that opened up a hole in the ground for them to shoot out of, with a pipe coming out for extra tunnel. Ron turned the stick shift in a circle, and he hit a button behind the yoke. The ship shook a bit, and this concerned Kai. "You sure it's not gonna blow up? I mean it's rattl-" Suddenly, the ship blasted off, and Ron hit the button for the tunnel again, and it closed it as fast as it had opened it. Kai was screaming, and Ron was grinning from ear to ear. It blasted through the skies like a bullet, hence the design. He deployed the wings with a lever, and they shot across the skies and through space. It slowed down a bit, so in seconds they were in space, sailing past moons and planets. "Wow, space sure is nice. Never got to really observe it until now." Ron said, leaning back in the reclining seat he was in. Kai slowly went back with Ron. "This thing right here? It is amazing. How long have you been working on it?" He asked. "About 11 months, a few days after we got the U.A.T." They both sat in silence, gazing at the stars as they passed by. "So, do you really feel left out?" Asked Ron. Kai looked at him, confused. "What do you mean?" Kai asked. "Well, when you were hypnotized, and we're fighting me, you had said that you felt like you were always in my shadow. So I just want to know: is that true?" Kai sat there for a moment. "Kinda, yeah. Everytime I read the newspaper, or go online, I always see people talking about you. I've only seen two or three instances where I'm mentioned or discussed. Am I just not doing enough?" Kai questioned. "You have done more than enough. If not for you, I wouldn't be here, right now. Example: If you hadn't protected me when I passed out from the gunshot back when we fought Klint, I might not even be alive right now. Who knows what he would have done to me?" Ron said, chuckling. Kai smiled, and said "Thanks, bro." "Listen. If absolutely no one else knows that you're just as much of a hero as me, I will. I always will." Ron softly said, putting the U.A.T in it's engraved slot. Kai hugged Ron, and they got back in their seats after hugging. Ron put his mask on, and Kai got his suit ready, as they neared their destination. Crystal sent a message, and it made a hologram. "I didn't know it could make holograms!" Said Kai. "Yeah, I modified it to do that when it is in the ship." The hologram showed her writing on a piece of paper. "Oh, hey guys. I need you to come to my place, I need you really badly. You only have a few hours." Crystal said. The hologram shut off, and they, shortly after, arrived on her planet.
They landed and Ron took out the U.A.T and handed it to Kai. He then retracted the wings back in, before making the spaceship go invisible. The people looked human, just a bit taller, which was really the only difference. They also had pupil colors that humans could never have. They passed by a merchant that had neon red eyes, and her assistant had purple-ish blue eyes. Crystal guided them to her home, and they got there. It was a giant castle, and it looked extremely modern and sleek, like everything else in this world. They walked through the castle, humbly passing by many guards. They eventually arrived at Crystal's room. She had a contract that she needed them to sign. "What is this?" Asked Ron. "It's a contract. I need you two to sign it to, essentially, save me." They seemed confused. "I'm actually kind of a wanted criminal." Ron and Kai became more wary. 'Wow, I thought they would be more shocked.' Thought Crystal. "I currently have 5 hours until I am executed. If you sign this, though, I will be a hero-certified citizen, which wouldn't make me a criminal anymore." Now, Ron and Kai were curious. "Here is the pen. Just sign on these two lines." Said Crystal. After reading the contract, Ron and Kai almost signed the lines, but an arrow shot at their hands, knocking the pens out. They all looked at this sharpshooter. She simply stared at them, cold-heartedly.
