As he finished training and upgrading his glove, Zynner conjured several methods to defeat Ron. Capture him? Kill him? Make him hated? There were many ways to make Ron's puny life as miserable as possible. Every encounter they had, he was thwarted, and he was sick of it. Ever since the day Ron first stopped his deeds of villainy, it's been mockery after mockery, and they made him feel weaker and weaker. And after the fight which should've ended Ron, he had snapped. His next plan would be worse than Ron could ever imagine. It would be Ron's worst nightmare. He put the suit that he killed Ron's father with that day, his classic suit, and he began to execute "Operation: REVOLUTION."
While Ron and Kai ate lunch, Ron had gotten a weird feeling in his gut. Something bad would happen soon. He simply shrugged it off as a weird feeling, and kept eating his pizza. The day was going well. No crime, shockingly, given that this city is pretty busy and criminal-ridden. Alas, however, peace was once again returned to Alinel. He and his brother continued eating until a missile zoomed past their house, followed by five more. As usual, they quickly suited up, and went to go stop the crime. Rob deactivated the middles, and Kai disposed of them. They followed one, after giving it a timer before deactivation, and eventually got to a house. When they got to the house that it almost blew up, Ron and Kai were greeted with some of the most powerful heroes on Earth. "What the…?" Ron was at a loss of words. The heroes were sound asleep, still breathing, yet chained up. They tried to break the chains, but it was no use. The chains simply didn't break. They tried to wake up their fellow heroes, but none of them moved. The heroes all seemed malnourished, but somewhat living. They tried to leave for help, but the walls shut, and the windows became metal. Ron and Kai made a deadly mistake after trying to free the heroes, because after trying to free the first one, The Shifter, a sign sprung out of the floor saying "Dummies." The "heroes" all fell apart, revealing that they were clay models of the real ones, animated to breathe, made by Zynner's right hand woman, Turin. Suddenly, they fell through the floor, and boy was it a hard fall. Ron and Kai landed in a dark basement, and after they trembled while getting up, Kai's eyes became flashlights. This was yet again a new feature Q gave him. They looked around. "What is going on?" Asked Kai. "Look, I don't know what's happening, but it doesn't seem good at all. Let's try to get out of here." "No kidding" Kai muttered with an attitude as he tried to blast the walls. They refused. Ron tried to slow down time, and attack the walls with shockwave blasts, but not only did it tire him, but the walls still refused. A voice spoke to them. It was none other than Zynner's. "As predicted, you imbeciles fell right into my trap." Ron grunted, as he had a feeling that this was Zynner's doing. "Simply to toy with your lives, I will give you two a chance to catch me. Clear the obstacle course set ahead of you, and you two can battle me, two on one." The room lit up in violet flames, and there was a lethal obstacle course ahead of them. "Oh, and one more thing…" serums shot at Ron and Kai, which disabled their abilities. "I'll give you back your powers at phase two. Fall in the pit of fire, and you are dead. Survive that, and a black hole will suck you right up. An inevitable fate, isn't it? You have thirty-five seconds before the bombs go kaboom, so no slacking!" Zynner laughed devilishly. "Alright, let's do this." Said Ron. Kai was less confident than his brother, but they both were ready. "Three…" The bombs were set, and the guns loaded themselves up. "Two…" The maces and axes swung, as the spears clocked back. "One and a half…" the pit flames were lit, and furiously raging, as were the flamethrowers. "One..... and a quar-" "JUST START THE TINMER!!" Shouted Ron, with he and his brother hating the anticipaton. "FINE, GO!" Yelled Zynner, responding to Ron's yell. "They have the smallest amount of patience I've ever witnessed." Murmured Zynner. The course started, with Ron and Kai exceeding at it with a lack of extra powers. A fire barely brushed Kai, and Ron had to latch on to one of the maces' handles. He jumped off, slid under a few bullets, caught a spear, and ran with it. He used the spear to jump off of it, crossing the huge gap in the middle of the course with ease. A bullet shot Kai's leg, and he fell. "RON! HELP!" He wasted no time, taking another spear mid-air and plummeting it into a wall in the gap. He fell down the gap. However., he sprung out of there with the spear, gripping the edge. Kai grappled his hand when it was lent out to him, and Ron threw him to the other side. Ron realized that he and his brother weee now parted, with no way to get across. The timer got to fifteen. Ron climbed onto an axe, and inched up it. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Screamed Kai. "Don't worry, bro. I've got this. Keep going!" Said Ron. He used the guns to aim at him, but miss and shoot at the wall, which broke it. He climbed up to the control room, where all of the tech was working. He went up the the supercomputer and destroyed it. It turned off the machine making the black hole, disabled the traps, including the bombs, and he turned on the lights to light the way to the arena. Ron broke the roof to land back down next to Kai. Kai was very relieved to know Ron was fine. "Man, I thought that you were going to die up there or something." Stuttered Kai, to which Ron responded "Well you worry too much."
The heroes made their way through the "obstacle course" with no caution given or needed. They entered the arena, which somehow gave them back their powers just in time. Zynner chuckled as he dramatically turned off all of the light in the arena, leaving a spotlight on Ron, Kai, and him. A room behind transparent diamond lit up, revealing the announcer, Tulin. "In this corner, weighing 213 pounds, at a height of 6'8, it's the man, the myth, the legend, and the greatest villain of all time, iiiiitttsss…. ZYNNER!!" A fake audience cheered, being an audio that Tulin was playing next to her microphone. "Tulin, stop it." "Yes sir." She cleared her throat. "In this corner, one being 190 pounds, and the other being 174, one at a height of 6'2 and the other being 5'9, it's… Ron and Kai!" A boo-ing sound came from the microphone, being another low-quality audio clip. Kai rolled his eyes, and the bell rang.
