Third person POV
Later, after class, Kichi, Haru, and David went to the 6th classroom on the second floor to meet up with Catalina and Cristy. But, when they arrived there, they saw them standing next to a huge whiteboard, with Catalina holding an erasable marker in her left hand.
"Uh, what is this?" Kichi asked.
"I'll be testing you in different subjects," Catalina said to him with a serious look on her face, "to see if you're really smart in real life."
"Um, okay?"
Haru and David are stunned at their friend's obliviousness of his new intelligent rival.
But, Kichi accepted the challenge then, and asked her what is the first subject.
In response to that, Catalina uncapped the marker and began writing a very complicated equation in math.
The equation was from calculus.
Kichi then began to calculate it in his head while Haru and David are stunned to see such complicated equation, a thing they didn't learn yet.
Once she finished making the equation, Catalina gave the marker to Kichi and told him to answer it.
"Okay then," Kichi replied briefly like a servant, before writing his answer to the equation with the marker.
"This one is very complex," Catalina said to him. "Only a handful of geniuses had ever solved it. I think you'll never-"
"Done!"
Hearing that, Catalina and Cristy looked at the whiteboard, only to see the answer made by Kichi on the bottom of the equation.
"What?" Haru commented.
"H-How?" Catalina wants an explanation.
"I just made some readjustments to the equation itself," Kichi said to them, "and thus, I found the answer to it."
Because of this, Catalina was determined to outsmart the young boy in different subjects. The second challenge is a word problem in Physics, and that word problem involves some factors. But, again, just like the calculus equation, Kichi just answered it with a shorthand answer. The third subject is a hard question in English, and that involves analyzing a 5-sentence paragraph. But, again, Kichi analyzed the entire thing, and answered it in longhand form, shocking his friends, Catalina, and Cristy. What follows is just more questions and word problems in those three subjects, but also includes two questions in World History, too. It seems that Kichi is just too smart for his own good.
