Althea, along with the remaining 1% of the population of their home planet, stared at the holographic screen in front of them in confusion.

Their galaxy was apparently ending, and suddenly announcements from an alien system appeared in their heads, telling them they would be permanently transferred to another world.

The survivors were all very depressed. First, they were forced to survive in a zombie apocalypse, and now they had to survive a new world altogether? 

It just so happened that Althea was one of the few people who got the Lord Token, the ticket to controlling a territory---a supposed safe haven for her people.

After Surviving the Apocalypse, I Built a City in Another World

Other than Yassop, there was another Lord who went to visit Alterra that day. It was none other than Jonathan himself.

He arrived early that day, which surprised everyone, though not so much. Villages receiving so many lords so often was definitely unthinkable for others, but not Alterra.

Jonathan went straight to Althea's home, saying he had an urgent deal with her company to avoid suspicion. Of course, he didn't rush them to get back home and just happily waited on the verandah, with Harold serving delicious tea and snacks.

He was quite enjoying becoming Harold's experimental taste tester. "What did you call this?" he asked, pointing at the small plate with small round circle sweets.

It tasted wonderful. The shells were mildly sweet, which balanced the aromatic and tangy filling in between. It went so well with the tea he was having, too.
