It took quite a while before the situation calmed down.

Evangeline had to beg Sunshine not to call the police and to let her go home because Evangeline was too tired to deal with this shit.

Finally, Sunshine gave up and allowed Evangeline to go home. However, with the condition of allowing her to walk Evangeline (together with Dante) home.

The air on the way home was deathly heavy. Dante's aura was murderous, while Sunshine glared daggers at him the whole trip.

Once they got back to Evangeline's place and Sunshine left after much convincing, Dante immediately began shouting at her.

"You stupid bitch!" Dante roared. "How dare you turn off your phone! I was worried sick about you!"
