"Follow me ", Nios said while looking at five people. Five of us started following him silently. He brought us near the building with armour written on its entrance.
"Come up one by one and get your armour," Nios said and following his words a bus-like robot came out of the building with 5 suits hanging on its side.
They walked forward and equipped the suit, Dawn was covered in the armour from head to toe.
Seeing that everyone was equipped, Nios nodded and said.
"Although you are in the body refining realm, it won't help you much. The suit that you are wearing is for the Beginners to help in combat and will make sure you don't die from the cold outside," finished speaking; he started he started moving toward the gate.
Dawn simply followed the group tailing behind. Suddenly out of nowhere came the voice of Nios in his mind, he spoke in a monotone voice, "I have used my authority as captain and activated the ability of AI chips to communicate directly through our mind and, I will let you know this function is military exclusive."
Dawn frowned thinking if it was harmful for him. What if he tried to harm him indirectly?
Dawn knew Nios didn't have a reason to harm him but what if.
After exiting the base through the main gate, Dawn noticed the temperature had fallen sharply. He could see mountains floating above the cloud covered in frost, gigantic glaciers, and frozen rivers. The sun was still high in the sky, but he couldn't feel the usual heat coming out of it.
Nemo, the curious and charismatic youth couldn't contain his curiosity anymore.
He directly questions the leader of the team Nios, "Captain, where are we going?"
Nios considered his question for a minute and decided to divulge some information that wasn't sensitive," We are going patrol at finger 4; there has been sighting of enemy troops frequently."
Nemo wasn't satisfied with the answer, he wanted to ask something more but the captain shrugged.
Realising Captain didn't want to talk about it, Nemo didn't bother asking anymore.
Following Nios, the team of 6 people reached Finger 4. Frozen Graveyard was situated on one of the tallest mountain peaks in the North. To the east of the camp. 9 tall mountains lay near the camp, Finger 4 was one of them.
According to the local legends, they were the fingers of ancient immortals who fell from Heaven.
Nios stopped, looked at them and said," In the right hand of your suit is a formation engraved capable of shooting five fireballs consecutively, it won't use your mana so don't worry about it."
Everyone looked at their right hand in relief. After watching the reaction of everyone, Nios spoke, "Choose one direction and disperse, gathering here after one hour."
Nios jumped in the air and started flying toward the north direction. Seeing him leave, Nemo smiled hopefully toward Lucy, inviting her to join him in the patrol. She didn't bother looking at him and headed south.
The twins too chose one direction and were gone in a minute. Nemo looked toward Dawn who just turned his head away, sighing. Nemo too left.
Only dawn left the place surrounded by frost all around him.
Dawn's eyes were filled with surprise, he just witnessed Nemo doing something that was deemed impossible.
"So this is what cultivators are capable of,"
Currently, they were 5 kilometres west of the camp, and Dawn marked his location on the map just in case, he got lost. Now that everyone had left, Dawn was relieved he didn't want to talk to people nor did he like working together.
He liked to do things alone and from his experience, he performed his tasks more brilliantly when left alone.
Dawn started moving toward the west because he hadn't seen anyone going in that direction. The suit helped him navigate through the terrain-walking, jumping, sprinting, sliding- all sorts of motions were performed smoothly.
Dawn gawked at his amazing performance, he couldn't believe he was able to perform such manoeuvres so smoothly.
Dawn controlled his excitement after all the mountain was filled with monsters within the body-refining realm. He was a weakling who hadn't even started cultivating properly.
Body refining was a vast realm. This realm was of utmost importance as cultivators lay the foundation of the future realm. The realm was divided into 9 stages, with every stage bringing astonishing benefits to the cultivator.
Dawn was just at body-refining rank 1, meaning if he wanted he could explode with the strength of 100 kg anytime, without getting tired of it.
His each and every move would carry the same force as long as he could move.
That alone was the reason why people who weren't cultivating can never defeat him. After all, cultivators were just like machines, always at their peak performance.
After half an hour, he was 20 kilometres away from the gathering point. He decided to do what he was most excited about.
Dawn wanted to try his summoning power as soon as he could but he never got an opportunity now that he was all alone.
This was his chance.
He moved to a secluded spot where the satellite couldn't capture him just in case, getting ready he muttered, "Summon barbarian."
This was one of the Monsters he could summon; the other was Phantom Archer, but he decided to try out the first one.
The red pillar in his sea of consciousness glowed, and a portal appeared in front of Dawn like a gate of hell.
From the portal a hulking barbarian jumped out, the number on top of the altar turned into 1/120, meaning he could summon 119 barbarians more if he wanted, after all, his cheat didn't consume his mana; it made use of ambient mana present in the surrounding.
Dawn examined the Barbarian in front of him in awe.
The barbarian was 7 feet tall, holding a sword in his hand.
His upper body was bare, displaying his well-defined muscles, he was wearing Gloves made of leather on both of his hands, and his legs were covered with boots reaching up to his knees.
Dawn was left stunned by the sight of this hulking monstrosity, barbarian biceps were bigger than his thigs with bulging muscle all over his body.
Barbarian bowed in the direction of Dawn with acknowledgement in his eyes.
Dawn could order him directly through his thoughts.
He was curious about the barbarian status, he looked at the barbarian and muttered, "Status."
A floating window appeared in front of him
Strength-1.9
Defence -1.9
Magic-10 Hp-10
Dawn's eyes bulged looking at the status of barbarian. The barbarian was at the peak of the body refining realm, capable of unleashing punches carrying 1 ton of force casually, he noticed that the barbarian didn't have any magic-related skill or anything.
Dawn wanted to witness the power of the creature at the peak of the body-refining realm.
Dawn commanded the AI chip in his head, "Show me the hunting ground of the body-refining beast near me."
The chip showed him dozens of places to choose from, he chose the nearest one.
Dawn dismissed the barbarian and the Barbarians turned into particles of light and disappeared.
Dawn followed the direction to head to the hunting ground of the clouded leopard, which was 3 kilometres away from him.
