Dawn realized he was in huge trouble. He mentally commanded the Barbarian kings to protect him in case anything went wrong.
They were mostly asking about his new summon Dragon. Dawn didn't know how they came to know about it. But their intentions weren't clearly good.
"Judging by the strong aura of the dragon that surrounds him, the dragon is most likely around him or was with him." Josh sent a voice transmission to the leader of the group.
After confirming the words of Josh once more. The leader of the group, Neil, nodded and prepared to launch an attack.
However, before Neil could even mobilize the mana inside his body. The Barbarian king who was innocently standing beside Dawn, Suddenly exploded with the power of Cultivator at the Peak of Mana Emission Realm.
The Barbarian King wasn't alone in this; the other three Barbarian kings took Harmon and Raven to safety.
Neil and his group weren't going to give up just because of some unknown accident.
When Dawn opened his eyes again. He was tens of kilometers above Destar city. The sea of clouds was beneath his feet, Dawn was mesmerized by the sight for a moment.
Beneath Dawn's feet was silvery light that kept him floating in place.
5 fiery lights flashed and the envoys of the Phoenix Empire appeared in front of Dawn.
Neil's white robes fluttered in the wind, he was scrutinizing the four being covered in Black armor with a serious expression on his face.
Each and every one of them gave him a feeling of extreme threat. But it shouldn't be possible, after all, he was an expert at the peak of the Mana Emission Realm.
"Little Josh, what are your thoughts?" Neil decided to ask Josh about his opinion. He seemed to be the most reliable among the four.
Josh's eyes were glowing with orange color, he was doing his best to examine the four beings in front of them.
"Can't break through their protective barrier." Josh's face turned ugly and he angrily spat.
"Hand the black-haired youth to us and the Phoenix Empire won't pursue the matter further," Neil announced in a cold voice. He didn't have a choice in this matter, he needed to capture the black-haired youth at all cost.
The very foundation of the Phoenix Empire was at stake here.
However, the Barbarian King didn't reply. One of the Barbarian Kings wordlessly moved toward Dawn to protect him.
"To be honest, I don't want to fight you." Neil took a step forward. The aura around his whole body began to skyrocket, " But I don't like your attitude."
"What gave you the guts to resist the orders from the people of the Phoenix Empire?" with those words, a giant flaming shadow appeared above his head.
The air around Neil was instantly torched and exploded due to a sudden increase in temperature, A fierce gale swept Dawn causing him to lose his balance.
The flaming shadow continued to increase in size and finally stopped growing when it reached a colossal length of roughly 10 kilometers.
Screech! The shadow turned into a flaming Phoenix. Its brilliant scarlet and gold plumage were filled with majesty. A pair of golden eyes stared fixedly at the Barbarian King at the front.
Flaming Arrow!
Neil muttered and an instant later, an arrow appeared in front of the Barbarian king like a meteor falling from heaven.
The arrow was extremely fast, reaching the Barbarian King almost at once.
The Barbarian king was completely unable to dodge the attack, he could only raise his Ax to block the impact.
The arrow collided with the axes, trying its best to stop the arrow. The barbarian king felt a burst of power the moment a collision happened. His entire body was sent flying back, completely out of control.
The Barbarian King only managed to stop himself when he was tens of kilometers away from the original position.
Dawn watched the scene with a dumbfounded look in his eyes. This was his first time seeing the Barbarian King at a disadvantage.
And moreover what sort of power is this?
Neil could be considered to have held almost nothing back in this attack. The strength of
The attack was something that the Barbarian King hadn't expected.
Dawn looked at the Barbarian king to his side and ordered him to increase the distance between him and the battlefield.
He didn't want to die from the aftershocks of the battle.
Neil didn't seem to be satisfied with the result of his attack.
He could not help frowning slightly when he saw that the Barbarian king's armor had not been destroyed.
"All of you surround him and attack," Neil ordered in a cold tone.
Neil was aware there were three more enemies in Black armor; he couldn't afford to be careless.
The rest of the group including Josh instantly reacted and in the blink of an eye surrounded the Barbarian King.
"Now!" Neil ordered, at his words, the faces of everyone turned serious and their bodies started to glow following which a Ring of Continuity appeared behind each of them.
"Ultimate Fusion of the Ancestral technique: Cry of the Fallen Phoenix."
All of the Envoys shouted in their minds, and following their words, the Ring of Continuity of each of them fused together and turned into an extremely thin arrow that moved at the Barbarian King at light speed.
The arrow instantly pierced the black armor on the Barbarian King's body and opened a huge hole in his chest.
And in the next moment, the Barbarian king turned into particles of light and disappeared.
"What the hell." Dawn, who was watching this battle from afar, muttered in shock.
"What the fuck are you doing! You stupid Barbarian."
Dawn wanted to slap the Barbarian hard.
"Forgive me, master, I wasn't prepared." The barbarian king beside Dawn spoke in a guilty voice.
He hadn't expected the attack to be filled with such power at all.
He had completely misjudged the attack and paid a heavy price for it.
'The two of you attack at the same time and take care of them." Dawn ordered the remaining Barbarian King's in an annoyed tone.
