"Ohhh! You finally decided to come outside."
"I was going to break the front door of your house and enter forcefully if you didn't open it this time," Angela yelled in frustration, her eyes were filled with annoyance and a little bit of expectations.
"Why is she acting friendly all of a sudden," Dawn thought with a forced smile on his face.
Anyway, he decided to invite her inside and ask why she was there.
Inside a fully furnished room, Dawn was comfortable sitting on a sofa while waiting for the girl in front of him to speak.
Suddenly, the aura around Angela Blackheart completely changed. With an incomparably serious face, she said.
"Frozen Graveyard has been destroyed by the Army of Faceless monsters."
"Commander Dennis sacrificed himself so that the rest of the soldiers could escape."
Her words were like a thunderclap for Dawn in broad daylight.
Commander Dennis is no more in this world.
Dawn felt a little bad for the man, what was the need to act heroically? He didn't understand.
But anyway, everyone has their own choice to make, who he was to judge them. But he was going to judge them anyway.
Very stupid move Commander Dennis.
He wondered if the other guys from Unit 5 survived.
"Hey! I am asking about something." Suddenly a high-pitched female voice forced Dawn from thinking further.
'Yeah! Yeah, I am listening. What do you want me to do?" Dawn shook his head and lazily spoke in a casual tone.
"Nothing just answers some of the questions," Angela said in a serious voice.
"Ok! Go ahead."
At his words, Angels nodded and asked her first question while raising her eyebrows although she wasn't expecting much.
"Have you seen any statues of faceless monsters while you were at the station?"
This question seemed to be really important as after asking Angela straightened her back and sat up straight on her seat.
"Faceless Statue," Dawn murmured. Where had he seen the statue of the faceless monster? Suddenly, the underground mural flashed through his head.
However, His facial expression didn't change.
Seeing that his expression didn't change, Angela once again persuaded him.
"Dawn, it is very important. If you know something then please tell us."
Dawn's face remained expressionless and continued to weigh the pros and cons of the information.
He wasn't going to get anything in any situation. The information was useless for him anyway, after pondering for some time Dawn decided to tell her the truth.
He told her everything that he knew about the mural, how came to find it, etc.
All this time Angela intently listened without even blinking.
When Dawn finished speaking she hurriedly got up and left.
Dawn didn't bother saying goodbye to her; he just continued to laze around. Maybe he had forgotten about the mysterious Empyrean.
Time continued to pass and finally, it was the day for his ceremony.
The academy grounds were situated to the west of the city. Dark Wing Academy was huge spread over several acres in the academy.
Dawn was walking through the busy road walking while looking at the surroundings.
He was dressed in the uniform provided by the academy. Black shirt and black pants matched with equally Black shoes.
The uniform really suited Dawn, he looked really dashing in this completely black dress.
He had even seen a couple of girls looking in his direction.
But he wasn't really interested in them, it wasn't like he didn't like girls. But, if he was to choose between a girl and a milf, he would choose the former without hesitation.
For Dawn emotions were secondary. Happiness, love and anger weren't on his priority list.
After walking through the city for 5 minutes he finally reached his destination.
A building made entirely from white marble appeared in his vision.
The building was constructed in an entirely new style that Dawn had never seen before.
On the building's surface, several intricate patterns were carved that constantly moved in different directions.
Dawn might not know it, but the moving carvings were part of a formation that protected the city.
The formation was capable of resisting a full-power attack of a cultivator in the Mana Sea Realm.
"This way everyone."
"Watch where you are walking."
"Hey! Have you heard this year two summoners will be attending the academy at the same time."
"Are you for real?"
"Headmaster himself will be presiding over the ceremony."
Dawn was able to hear the voices of students dressed in black uniform like himself, discussing various topics in hushed voices.
"One more summoner." Dawn frowned, this was his first time hearing about another summoner. He looked forward to meeting them.
While thinking about random things Dawn walked forward following the directions pointed out by the staff and the general direction of the crowd.
Dawn found himself in a huge hall filled with various young boys and girls to the brim.
Without wasting his time he found a comfortable seat for him to sit with a good viewing angle of the stage in front of him.
All the boys and girls were roughly of the same age as him but most were at Rank of Channel Construction Realm.
Dawn didn't even bother seeing them as competitors; his real competition was with their parents.
Dawn grinned and thought with a strange expression on his face.
"Hey! Dawn Asylum here… here ." Suddenly a strange but familiar voice came from beside Dawn and a pooped up in his head.
Ceaser Octavian was walking in his direction through the crowd with a confident look on his face.
The nervousness feombeifre was no longer in his face on the contrary his each Every step was filled with confidence.
Ceaser Octavian seemed to have undergone a complete transformation in one month.
"Seems like he wasn't the only one lucky."
Dawn couldn't help but think. Even though they may have their fair share of lucky encounters but compared to his it was nothing.
Ceaser sat down beside Dawn and asked in a tone that was filled with admiration. "Where were you all this month?"
Ceaser was no longer an ignorant youth from before in this month. He realized how rare and respected a summoner was compared to a normal cultivator.
Both of them got along well as they were familiar with each other. They continued to chat when suddenly the hall quietened down.
