Chapter 1266 Start Of the Plan

South Korea, Seoul, a remote urban area - Nakia led T'Challa, disguised as a wealthy individual from a small African nation, along with the female general, to the underground casino.

As for Bucky, with his clearly American appearance, it wouldn't be suitable for him to accompany T'Challa and the others inside. Therefore, Bucky was assigned to stay outside the casino and adapt to the situation as it unfolded.

This was part of T'Challa's plan. As long as their operation proceeded smoothly, Bucky wouldn't need to take action, ensuring his safety.

"Ulysses hasn't arrived yet. Let's split up to assess the surroundings."

"Agreed!"

Before Ulysses made an appearance, T'Challa's group, posing as ordinary wealthy individuals, roamed the casino, discreetly observing their surroundings. Soon enough, they spotted an issue.

There were many Americans in the underground casino, and their intentions were unclear. When Black Panther spotted a familiar figure, his brow furrowed slightly.

"I see someone I know; these Americans are from the CIA." After alerting Nakia and the others, Black Panther walked directly toward the familiar individual.

Simultaneously, when Everett Ross, the Intelligence Director from the American CIA, spotted T'Challa approaching, his expression also turned puzzled.

Not long ago, when the former Wakandan king was attacked and killed, the CIA had conducted an investigation into the terrorist activities at that time. It was during that period that Ross had met this Wakandan prince, who was now the king.

"Hey, Ross, how come the CIA is here? Is the person Ulysses is dealing with one of you Americans?" T'Challa inquired openly upon reaching Everett.

"Well... you see, Ulysses has caused quite a bit of trouble," Ross replied somewhat awkwardly, avoiding T'Challa's question.

"I see. Then I understand." T'Challa nodded and turned away. "Ulysses is trading with the CIA, and we must capture him before they intervene."

"Wakanda's king has appeared. They're definitely going to interfere with our plan to capture Ulysses. We must keep him under our control!" Following their separation, Everett promptly issued orders to his subordinates.

Once T'Challa and Everett had given their orders, the hidden CIA operatives inside the casino and Nakia, along with the female general, began to take action.

While the two groups remained discreet, their competitive spirit was becoming increasingly apparent. Their covert rivalry would escalate as soon as Ulysses made his appearance.

Boom!

The massive doors of the underground casino were violently pushed open, and Ulysses, accompanied by a dozen bodyguards, strolled in nonchalantly. The patrons in the casino seemed unfazed by this scenario, except for those who distanced themselves slightly from Ulysses' entourage.

"Ulysses has arrived! We're not sure if he's carrying vibranium with him yet. Let's wait until he starts trading with the Americans, and then we'll take action." Although they despised Ulysses, vibranium was a vital target for T'Challa's group, so they had to exercise caution and patience.

While T'Challa issued orders for a vigilant wait, Ulysses had already reached Everett Ross. He was well aware of the circumstances surrounding this transaction involving the American CIA.

However, Ulysses was equally aware of his own capabilities. The primary trade location was chosen to allow him to leave unscathed after the transaction, regardless of whether the other party was American.

"Ha-ha! Officer Ross, enough with the small talk. Did you bring the diamonds?" Ulysses, with his people clearing the area, casually sat down opposite Ross and asked.

Crack!

As he spoke, Ulysses reached into his pocket and placed a cloth-covered object on the table in front of him. Judging by its shape, it appeared to be the vibranium stolen from the London museum.

Ross, after glancing at the cloth-covered object placed on the table by Ulysses, wasted no time and retrieved a briefcase from below. Needless to say, the diamonds intended for the trade were inside this briefcase.

Knowing that Wakanda had also sent representatives, Ross was eager to complete the transaction swiftly and initiate the arrest operation.

"Ha-ha! Excellent!"

Subsequently, Ulysses signaled for someone to retrieve the briefcase from Ross. However, an unexpected turn of events occurred at this point in the transaction. Ulysses' men, who were in the process of clearing the area, happened to check the female general.

She had grown impatient and was discovered at this critical moment, prompting her to reveal her identity and launch into action.

"I've been compromised! Get ready!" Facing several approaching bodyguards, the female general warned before swiftly turning around.

Bang!

She kicked one of the guards who reached out to restrain her, sending him flying. The female general then tore off the wig from her head. "I've had enough of this ridiculous disguise!"

Swish!

Following this, she produced her spear from somewhere and began wielding it with such speed that she quickly took down several guards who charged towards her. Her actions ignited a spark in the otherwise restrained atmosphere of the casino.

"This is a trap!" The moment the battle began on the second floor, Ulysses grabbed the vibranium from the table and shouted, drawing his weapon and opening fire on Ross specialist across from him.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Reacting swiftly, Ross specialist used the briefcase to shield himself from the bullets. He didn't need to issue any orders; the CIA specialists had already engaged in combat with Ulysses' henchmen, while T'Challa, who had been hidden earlier, rushed out armed in the Black Panther suit. Ulysses' henchmen were no match for him.

"Wakanda's people are here too! Attack!" Seeing the figure in the black leopard-patterned suit, Ulysses fiercely ordered.

However, Ulysses' henchmen were armed with only a few handguns and posed no real threat to T'Challa. He quickly cleared the obstacles in his path and approached Ulysses.

"Ulysses! You can't escape! Come back with me and face judgment!"

"Hehe! Return to Wakanda? Which Wakanda are you talking about? You Wakandans are all the same— arrogant and conceited!"

Blocked by T'Challa, Ulysses showed no signs of nervousness. He raised his left arm and, to T'Challa's surprise, it rapidly transformed, revealing a cannon.

Humming! Bang!

After a brief charge-up, a blue energy wave shot out from Ulysses' modified left arm, directly hitting T'Challa at close range.
