They encounter hostile survivors who sees them as threat . The girl's power also become a liability, attracting unwanted attention from those who seek to exploit it .
As the story reaches it climax , the girl discovered a shocking twist that changes everything.
She learns that her power is not what it seems and there's more to it than she thought .

She opened her eyes slowly squinting them to adjust to the light.


She stood up hurriedly, she was chained to the wall .


She turn her head slowly to the direction of the voice .


She jerk her hand , struggling to free her self , she cut herself in her process. She was bleeding.


"You've got to let my people go , we were never a threat " she said.


"You and your people invade our land, this is our territory" She said.


"Please, when we got here it looks like it was deserted, we did nothing, we're just trying to survive " Kaida pleaded.


"Commander" The lady called bowing slightly.


"Their conditions seems to be worsening " the lady whispered.


"We have to kill them then to protect others from getting infected .


"Take her to the others, let her walk in the farm ".


"You don't think I can escape? Kaida asked .


"My people got eyes on your every move and you can't escape this camp except if one of my people let you out and that means asking for death " She said before walking out.


She had been working endlessly since she was brought out.


She had never come across her friends except from few arkadians. 


The look on her people only says one thing, she had failed them .


He was polishing the blades when he heard two guys talking mention Arkadians. 


He raised his head up , he saw one of the guys smiling , that face looks really...


He dropped what he was doing and follow the guy closely without being seen.


"Well it been a while " he said with a grin on his face .


"Easy there boy " Hayden said , slapping his hand off him .


"As fate has it , we've got to see again and now you're at my mercy" He said grinning widely at him .


Before Finn could slam him against the wall again , he moved away , laughing .


"Relax! You try anything stupid I call the attention of others not only you but the whole Arkadians will be begging " he said.


Hayden walk over the table pick up his sword.


"How in the world did you get here ? And end up as one of their soldiers?.


"Loyalty? You fucking betrayed your own people and you dare say Loyalty " Finn said angrily, if he could he would have killed him right here on the spot.


"Betrayal! ,Humph!, I'll call that surviving, man got to do everything to survive " Hayden said winking.


"Do you know what makes me different from the others arkadians? . It because I'm not tied down, do you know how you can survive for long? Not showing any weaknesses and you all don't have that "he said.


"Do you think you're one of them now , you're just an object " Finn said to him.


Laughs,"I never said I'm one of them , I'm just trying to survive man" he said before walking out.
