Enemy attack

After returning to the guard camp, Delgado immediately convened a meeting with his elite team to develop a series of operational plans. The meeting lasted well into the night before it was declared concluded.

Back in his room, Jerom opened a chat window on the system and contacted Duncan. Duncan, who was awakened in the middle of the night by Jerom's call request, was initially annoyed but quickly became alert upon seeing Jerom's contact.

"What's going on?" Duncan asked.

Jerom got straight to the point, "Delgado is preparing to attack the Gold Blade Gang this Saturday. He even managed to get Waldo to assist him as an ally, promising to give him eighty percent of the gang's resources!"

Duncan chuckled sarcastically, "Seems like they're treating our Gold Blade Gang like a walk in the park."

Jerom's tone turned serious, "It appears that our plans need to be accelerated."
