The Double Awakening

(Scene: Hiro's weariness is momentarily interrupted by the sound of a knock on the door. He looks up, surprise evident in his eyes.)

Hiro: (curiously) Who is it?

Ted: (from outside) It's me, Hiro.

Hiro: (responding) Come in.

(Ted enters the room, a concerned expression on his face.)

Ted: Hiro, have you heard the big news?

Hiro: (weary) No, what is it?

Ted: A new dungeon has appeared, and it's unlike anything we've seen before. The appraisal team couldn't detect its rank, which means it could be incredibly dangerous. The most powerful guild (the holy guild) in the region is recruiting temporary hunters to explore it, and they're offering a substantial amount of money.

Hiro: (confused) Why are you telling me this?

Ted: Look at yourself, Hiro. You've been struggling with hospital bills, and you're barely keeping up. You're pale and exhausted. Joining the team could provide you with the financial support you need.

Hiro: (quietly) This is the only chance to earn the money for the debt I am in.

Ted: Exactly, Hiro. You deserve a chance to break free from this cycle of struggle. Embrace this opportunity and show them what you're capable of.

Hiro: I will join the guild and face the monsters in it. I will become stronger, not just for myself, but for those who rely on me.

(Ted smiles, a glimmer of hope in his eyes.)

Ted: That's the spirit, Hiro. I believe in you. Now get ready to go to the guild for registering.

Hiro: Okay, wait up.

(At the holy guild)

Receptionist: Here is the registry paper. You need to fill in your hunter information like name, age, contact, rank, and your power type (e.g., strength or support).

Ted: Okay, thank you for the help.

Hiro: (stuttered) T-thank... thank you.

Receptionist: No problem, sir. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Rex: (mocking) What is he going to ask? He is the most useless hunter in the universe. He doesn't have any skills or strength. I am sure he can't even kill a single ant. Hahahaha, what a useless man. Even his family disowned him. and he couldn't even save his sister on time and she is now in comma. Hahahhahahh just how useless can you be man bahahahahhahh.

(All the people in the background laugh.)

Ted: Shut up, you piece of shit. You don't know anything, and you have no right to say anything, Rex. You've been like this from the beginning, preying on the weak. If you don't leave, I will punch your damn face.

Hiro: Just leave it. What he said is not false. I am just a weakling who couldn't protect my sister... I... I...

Receptionist: That's enough. You are causing a problem, sir. Guards, please escort this man outside.

Rex: Don't touch me! I am here to register also. Huh! You are going to throw me out you don't know who you are messing around iam at 3rd level and iam a power type hunter better than he is

Guard: (picks up and throws him out side)

Receptionist: I am sorry for the trouble, sir. Can you please go to the chamber next door for the interview?

Ted: okay .

Hiro: Hm.

Ted: Come on, cheer up.

(Knock, knock, knock...)

Vice Guild Master: Come in.

Ted: Excuse me, my name is Ted, I am 26 years old.

Vice Guild Master: Hm, you look decent. Are you a power-type hunter?

Ted: Yes, I am.

Vice Guild Master: What level are you on?

Ted: I am on level 4 and about to reach level 5.

Vice Guild Master: Hm, good. Finally, some good hunters.

Vice Guild Master: And who may you be?

Hiro: Um, I am Hiro, a hunter. I am 23 years old, and I didn't receive any class from the hunter test.

Vice Guild Master: So, you don't have any class, huh? Okay, then, what are you good at? Exploration, medical skills, blacksmithing, or swordsmanship?

Hiro: Um, I'm not sure. I have awakened my power, but I don't know what it is, and I don't have any specific skills either.

Vice Guild Master: So, you don't know your power type, and you don't have any skills. Then what are you here for? To die? It's not child's play in the dungeon. You can die there, and nobody can help you. Do you understand that?

Hiro: Yes... I understand, but I have my reasons, sir.

Vice Guild Master: Sorry, lad, but you must go home. You have no qualifications, Hiro. you may leave now.

Ted: Sir, you cannot do that. If he leaves, I will not participate in the exploration.

Vice Guild Master: Why are you going so far for someone who has no skills? And power?

Ted: He is my one and only sworn brother, and he is like my soul. If he doesn't participate, then I won't participate either.

Vice Guild Master: (sighs) Okay, okay, I got it. You want him to join, right? But I cannot put him on the front line; it's too dangerous. He will be with the medic and healer team, okay?

Ted: Yes, that's okay. No problem.

Vice Guild Master: Okay, you may go, and tomorrow at sharp 10 o'clock, we will begin. So be on time.

Ted: Okay, no problem.

Hiro: Why are you helping me this much? I don't have anything to give you. (Gets hit) Ow, ouch! Why are you hitting me out of nowhere?

Ted: We are brothers. We help each other in times of need.

Hiro: (quietly) Thank you for being by my side. Thank you. (Crying)

Ted: Why are you weeping? Bahahaha.

(Scene: The night before the exploration)

Hiro sits in his small room, his mind filled with a mix of emotions. The weight of his past failures and insecurities bears down on him, making him question his decision to join the guild. Ted, noticing Hiro's despondency, walks over and sits beside him.

Ted: Hiro, I know it's tough, and you may have doubts, but you're stronger than you realize. I've seen your determination and resilience countless times. Don't let the words of others define you.

Hiro: (sniffles) But what if they're right? What if I truly am useless? I couldn't protect my sister when she needed me the most.

Ted: Hiro, we all have our limitations and moments of weakness. That doesn't define who we are. It's how we rise above those challenges that truly matter. Remember, we're going into this dungeon to prove ourselves, not just to others, but to ourselves.

Hiro: (wiping his tears) You're right, Ted. I can't let fear and self-doubt hold me back. I want to become stronger, not just for myself, but for those who rely on me.

Ted: That's the spirit, Hiro. We'll face whatever comes our way together. And remember, strength isn't just about physical power. It's also about the strength of character, compassion, and the will to protect others.

Hiro takes a deep breath, feeling a newfound resolve building within him. He knows that the path ahead won't be easy, but he's determined to face it head-on.

(Scene: The morning of the exploration)

Hiro and Ted stand among the gathered hunters, their excitement palpable in the air. They look around, seeing a diverse group of individuals, each with their own reasons for embarking on this dangerous journey.

As the guild members prepare to set off, the guild master addresses the hunters, emphasizing the importance of unity and teamwork. He reminds them that their lives may depend on each other in the treacherous depths of the dungeon.

The hunters set out, their footsteps echoing through the corridors of the dungeon. Hiro can't help but feel a mix of nerves and anticipation. He glances at Ted, who gives him an encouraging nod. They both know that this is just the beginning of their journey, and they're ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.

Rex: I will Pay you back 10 fold for the humiliation I suffered that day

(Scene: Inside the dungeon)

The dungeon is a labyrinth of darkness and danger. Hiro and Ted move cautiously, their senses heightened, ready to confront any threats that may arise. The air is thick with an eerie silence, broken only by the sound of their footsteps.

As they delve deeper into the dungeon, they encounter various creatures and obstacles. Hiro, although lacking a defined power type or specific skills, relies on his instincts and quick thinking to navigate the challenges. Ted, with his strength and power, acts as a shield, protecting Hiro and the rest of the team.

Hiro's determination and unwavering spirit begin to inspire others around him. The healers and medics witness his bravery and resourcefulness, and they find themselves working together seamlessly to support the team. Hiro's presence becomes a symbol of hope and resilience.

(Scene: A critical moment)

The team faces a formidable monster, one that tests their limits. The battle is intense, and exhaustion threatens to overtake them. Just as the situation seems dire, Hiro taps into an unknown power within him. A surge of energy courses through his veins, fueling his every move.

With newfound strength and skill, Hiro becomes a force to be reckoned with. He fights alongside his comrades, striking with precision and determination. The monster is eventually defeated, and the team emerges victorious.

(Scene: Aftermath)

The hunters gather, their bodies battered and bruised, but their spirits soaring. Hiro stands among them, a renewed sense of self-confidence emanating from him. The guild members applaud their success, acknowledging the bravery and teamwork that led them to overcome the dungeon's challenges.

Ted approaches Hiro, a proud smile on his face.

Ted: Hiro, you were amazing out there. I always believed in you, but seeing your true potential... It's beyond anything I could have imagined.

Hiro: Thank you, Ted. I couldn't have done it without your support and belief in me. We did this together.

As Hiro looks toward the horizon, he knows that this is just the beginning of his journey. There are countless dungeons to conquer, and he's ready to embrace each challenge, knowing that he has the unwavering support of his guild and, most importantly, his trusted friend, Ted.
