Sakura had to part with Walter, Betty, and Roan faster than expected. Walter took her to a guard where she was handed over to the guard as a lost child.
Sakura was sad to part with the group so early. Especially the children. She was somehow attached to them more than she thought.
'Well, I can't do anything about it. I guess." She shook her head. Then she focused on the current situation.
"Uncle where are we going now.?" She asked the guard captain. The guard captain's horse was currently carrying her somewhere.
"Milady, we are going to the city lord's mansion. Since your situation is complicated the city lord has to get involved."
Hearing the guard captain call her milady made her cringe a little. 'Was it a mistake to disguise as a noble?' She thought.
"Are nobles generally beautiful?"
'I see. Somehow feels like racism.'
Sakura thought on the horseback as she made her way through the city.
The city itself was mediocre. It is a little dirty but overall very lively. There were people on the side of the road selling various items: vegetables, fish, and some even selling monster carcasses which Sakura didn't recognize.
As they made their way through the town Sakura noticed the transition from the gate to the inner areas of the town.
On the outer side of the town, the area is dirty. Houses are ill-maintained. The people there weres brown colorless clothes. The roads and the sewer system are damaged and ill-maintained. The houses are small.
Comparably the inner town is much cleaner and well maintained. The people here wear more vibrant and colorful clothes. The walls are more colored, and The buildings are comparably bigger.
'They like the inner city don't they?'
'Why thought.'
'Well, that's kinda sad. But to be honest, every society has a hierarchy, so I think it's just a matter of perspective.'
Sakura shook her head and tried to remove these thoughts from her head. These kinds of things are deeply rooted in human society. She didn't want to think about something that even she couldn't solve.
The guard captain slowly took Sakura toward a grandiose mansion in the distance. The mansion was at the center of the city. Standing above all. The mansion gave a majestic feeling that made anyone passing by at least take a glance.
'Is the city lord that rich?' Sakura pondered.
"..."
'I still don't get it thought.'
Sakura tilted her head in confusion.
'I don't get it. But if it's for the territory then it's okay I guess.'
"We are here milady." Suddenly the guard captain said. Sakura noticed that she had already reached the gate of the mansion.
Well, that was quick. Sakura slowly got down from the horse.
The guard captain said something to the butler and the butler took charge of leading Sakura. When Sakura entered the mansion she was flabbergasted. It was simply an understatement of how much lavish this mansion was. It was to the point that Sakura felt uncomfortable walking down the hallway. Not to mention the place was stupidly big. It was to the point that she had to walk for at least ten minutes to reach her destination. For comparison, she took a twenty-minute horse ride to this mansion, just now.
"Master, Fredric I have the guest with me." The butler said standing in front of the door.
"Yes, They may come in." A voice came from inside the room.
The butler then professionally opened the door and held it for Sakura to enter.
Sakura understood the gesture and entered the room.

"Please sit, Miss…"
"My name is Sakura." sakura said. Just now when she entered the room she felt the man's full eyes which obviously made her uncomfortable. Currently, She doesn't look much older than twelve. which says much about the man.
"Mister, Fredric. I suppose." Sakura imitated the British dramas she had seen in her previous life and gave a bow.
However, at this moment another interesting thing happened. His lustful eyes disappeared his eyes gave a few expressions, of shock, and fear and then he went calm.
"I see miss, Sakura. Please take a seat."
Sakura nodded and took a seat. Then she started discussing her story. Of how she got lost in the woods and how she hit her head and lost part of her memories. Of course, these are all a story made by Astra.
To Sakura's surprise, the man didn't give lust full gazes anymore or try anything funny. In fact, the man was behaving well. To which Sakura was glad.
With some talking sakura convinced Fredric to let her roam his city. Fredric also promised Sakura to find her parents.
But well, the story was a lie. So, sakura wasn't worried about that part. And with that, their talk ended with Sakura leaving the room.

As soon as Sakura left the room Fredric clenched his heart and fell on the floor panting.
"Huff, huf, huf. What was that killing intent just now!" Fredric tried to climb up with his shaky hands but failed.
"Huf, huf, huf." Just now when Fredric tried to admire Sakura's beauty a killing intent bore down on him. He felt it. The Erie killing intent came from Sakura. It's as if something was grabbing his heart, prepared to kill him at any moment. He had felt killing intent before. But they weren't like this. Killing intentions are overbearing. It's as if they are trying to crush you.
But this one was different. It gave him the feeling as if he was being hung between life and the afterlife. As if he was one step away from death.
He knew very well what this meant.
"This…girl isn't… ordinary. I must give her a good impression of myself." Normally he wouldn't do much of to help Sakura, but now he felt afraid and wanted to have a good impression on this foreign girl.
And thus Fredric started to do everything in his power to give Sakura the best treatment possible.
