My Darling Alpha

Aubrey woke up the next day with a blaring headache in unfamiliar surroundings.


"Where am I?" She asked groggily as she struggled to sit herself up but found herself unable to do so. She had no strength in her body.


"You're up? Don't move. Let me help you." A sleep laden masculine voice from beside her spoke. With surprising gentleness, Rhyland sat her up from the soft mattress of the bed.


"Rhy– Rhyland?" Aubrey spoke, her throat feeling scratchy. 


'Did he just spend the night here with me?!'


Noticing her discomfort, Rhyland immediately stood up to get her a glass of water. Aubrey took the cup and drank greedily. 


Aubrey squinted. Oooh, her head felt so heavy. Are these bandages wrapped around it? What the heck just happened to her? Aubrey thought hard for a moment before recalling the events of the night before. That's right she was attacked! Somebody must have found her at the floor of the stairs. Thank God. But why was Rhyland here?
